Finally our show, Barrister Babu has completed 50 episodes successfully today(23rd July,2020) .It takes a lot of effort to start a show, come up with a fresh and challenging concept, come on board with great cast, hire the best possible offscreen crew, give a good content to audience. Well this show's concept is different and before it's start only this show was the talk of the street! The real challenge for the creatives must've been the satisfaction of it's audiences.But here the audiences are of mixed categories- Orthodox as well as unorthodox and it would've been challenging and tedious work for them to tell their story in a way that people connects with it as well as understand it without seeing stuffs otherwise,after all the show is based on child marriage-the most debatable topic! But I'm happy to say that the contributive effort of the whole cast & crew paid off. The message and moral lessons which the show wanted to convey literally reached us and the dramatic plot has always kept us on our toes every now and then. Even in this prevailing pandemic situations the makers has made sure that we've been served with quality episodes and the social distancing they've been maintaining is so visible on screen too. Hats off to the crew members.
Now coming to the cast and the charecters of the show ,honestly words fall short in describing them !
Our chirpy little wise Bondita played by the newcomer Aurra Bhatnagar-The way Aurra carries the friskiness & innocence of Bondita and is flexible in maintaining the body language of a lively girl and that of a typical scared daughter-in-law of old times together is a delight to watch. At this tender age her expressions speaks louder than her acting. There is a sweetness and clarity in her voice.Trust me,this girl is gem and will surely surprise us with her works in future. Also, she looks super cute! ❤️
Pravisht Mishra aka THE ANIRUDDH ROY CHOUDHARY,the London returned Biristara oops Barrister babu who came back for his country's people. For the first time on ITV, we see a male who shows every trait of being a feminist even in that era. All I can say about Pravisht is,I've fallen for him ,his acting. The way he emotes Ani's emotions and modulates his voice is absolutely fantastic. Especially,watching an angry emotional Pravisht is a treat to my eyes.🤪❤️He has improved a lot!
Pranali Rathore - Trust me I dislike Saudamini a lot but Pranali you're tooo good while depecting an obsessive old lover plotting and planning to spice up the story.When we dislike a character it's all because of the brilliant performance of the actor. Also,the scene where she acted as a psycho when a groom's family came to see her was such fun to watch. It literally showed her versatility.👏❤️
Rishi khurrana - Damn he just nails the role of kaka. Be it in potraying typical Alpha Male dominant of the society, the funny kaka sasur doing banters with Bondita or the soft-hearted kaka's side.☺️❤️
Chandan K. Anand - aka our newspaper reading Binoy,the only one in the house who literally speaks the truth about Ani's fitoor to some extent. The cunning businessman busy in planning smart moves against the leads potrayed by Chandan is fun to watch.🤣❤️
Pallavi Mukherjee & Dev Aaditya are splendid addition to the cast as Sampoorna and Saurabh with their Sweet chemistry. They both are acing their roles. Also,I love their offscreen videos especially of Dev's he looks effinggg cute❤️.
Be it Arina Dey's sweet potrayal of Boni's mother, Barsha Chatterjee's funny potrayal of Mami, Madhushee's cunning depiction of SasuMaa no.1 craving for her bakris 🤣or that if Hetal's depiction of scared sauteli wife yet kind towards her family is a summation of wonderful cast with all others. Also,how can I forget my favorite Bhari kaka (Bihari) aka Kundan Kumar, he will make you laugh your lungs out *shotiiii*!❤️❤️The thick description in the portrayal of the characters reveal the layers they comprise of and their realistic portrayal makes the audience to connect with them easily.
The best thing about this show is that bondita being a chirpy wise 11 year old girl whenever asks some socially relevant questions or keeps her POV infront of anyone it brings out the innocence of her age. In that Male dominance era, Anirudh being a complete feminist is a bliss❤️asking women to move forward ,supporting them constantly and trying to bring a revolution for them is big applaudable work.
And now for Rudhita (Anirudh + Bondita) they're made for each other duo now. From *Patni nahi hai meri* to *Patni hai meri* to *Bilkul Rakchas Babu hai mere pati babu boht gussa krte hai* to *Aapko meri chinta hoti hai toh mujhe nhi chinta hogi kya aapki? Pati babu haina aap mere* these two have come a long way😆.
These two have accepted each other as well each other's problem❤️ and will always be each others Polaris and guardian angel 🤪. These two are super cute together. Looking forward to go latto on many more BB episodes🤪!!!
