I didn't know about the PH but because the director's last movie was Mahanati, many believed that this one will also have well-written role for the female protagonist.. but this kind of news I find useless, even if she got paid a high amount, better to toot your own horn after the venture is successful. During Padmaavat time, there was so much hype that the actress was paid more than the male co-stars but what happened after the release? thenga. If you care about the craft and have the star power to make demands, ensure you get a decent role first! but I guess Nag Ashwin is not gonna pull a Bhansali 🤔

Yeah, I personally ignore all this noise...Hame kya lena dena how much she is getting paid, unless she is sharing a part of it with us....😆...Mujhe proper story and screenplay chahiye and I am hoping these people will deliver that...Even if they just blindly go for the remake of the Sridevi- Chiranjeevi movie (with all the current day trimmings of course) I mentioned, it will be well worth it for us! BW has continuously let us down with mostly relegating their females to either vamp or flowerpot roles....
