Nepotism in health sector, bureaucracy and politics has more prominent impact on lives of people, I don't understand, is it not as important as nepotism in Bollywood? Even if one has a degree, if he is getting job because of his father's connections, it is nepotism and it is wrong. The job should go to someone who deserves it

No degree is required for Bollywood or politics, so how does one individual decides that Tripti is better than Alia? When audience went to watch Alia's movie?

Same goes for politics, when crown prince has been rejected twice and defeated in his constituency once, he and his family remain ruler of the main opposition party, isn't this a much bigger problem?

Nepotism in Bollywood doesn't affect me at all, but Nepotism in Politics and Bureaucracy has a massive impact on every individual, unless people don't understand how it works in these sectors then they just have to read about it

Bottom line - Nepotism is problematic everywhere, One shouldn't overlook it
