Technically what u posted is true , there is lot of time 4 kaliyug to end , lord Vishnu mostly took birth towards d end , ram & krishna both birth happened near by end of tretayug & dwapar yug.

I don't know how much it's true but I read kalki avtar will only be for 7 days.
