I love it on the pizza. Because its somewhat grilled / cooked again. The base is fresh cream and not the usual tomato sauce. Topped with smoked salmon, basil, lemon, dill. Yummy my favorite. I never made at home. I only have these pizzas at Italian restaurants

I’m not too fond of pasta. I make it because the kids in the house like it, along with hubby. But I personally don’t like pasta.
