Though he has to gone to recheck on that boy but when got to know that he's dead he would've been scared for mishti, he is dealing with this from 3 months. Handling Mishti, handling himself 😣😣😣.

I know there's more into it, as police thinks that man died due Alchohol but varun is coming to frame mishti, means he got to know something about that night from someone. And that someone knows mishti that's why he was able to track Her down, Kyuki us ladke ko to pata hi nahi tha mishti ka naam. Ye aur bhi zyada suspense create Ho raha hai 😆

All that you're saying is perfectly correct. Realistically and very very sadly that is what happens...

this is where the CV, writers and production team could take this a proper serious message to convey..

Speaking up about molestation, even when you think you have no proof, at least give that confidence to girls in society that when we start taking a stand for ourselves, only then the chance of some change in society will start. It's not easy realistically I understand, but for the sake of tv show I'm sure they could have shown a better stronger perspective/message in this situation.

My mishbir are breaking down together, they are totally broken but staying strong for each other💔🥺

For how long are they going to keep that up? They can't do this forever. They can't hide it forever.

I totally agree with you, I don't blame Abir for what he did in that spur of the moment, but after 3 months, they both are suffering and still struggling to come terms with it. Obviously it's not helping Mishti's mental health, but neither is it helping Abir. Both of them are extremely weak emotionally and mentally.

haha i really don't want to see a court room drama either. But judging by RV it will be a family drama, especially with Varun and his family. The police will definitely be involved, but i don't hink it will go Crime patrol CID far to the court😆😵

In this situation, Abir acted like any of us would have acted, that guy tried to molest Mishti, what was she supposed to do? Abir didn't think he would die, he didn't know that the guy had imbibed enough alcohol to be poisoned by it, Mishti was unconscious, she couldn't tell him anything, he acted in a stressful situation and he did go back to check on the guy but sadly, he died due to overdose of alcohol

This is definitely a moral grey area, but TBH I can't say what is wrong or right here convincingly, the only thing I can say is that the guy trying to molest Mishti was wrong and Mishti was right in protecting herself

The show has potential to bring about what nicest of people do in a situation such as this, what legalities are there? Does our law and justice system expects women to get raped silently and wait for justice to be served, if her rapist is "kind" enough to spare her life?

Why should a woman even allow herself to get raped, she has a right of self defense there itself. A woman caught in such a situation dosent know when a molestation can turn into rape and when a rape can turn into murder. So should a woman wait for the molestation to turn into an rape attempt before she tries self defense to save herself so that it is not termed as going too far in self defense. One never knows when an attempt to self defense can harm the potential rapist that he is killed. A hit on the head to just make the person unconscious or give the woman time to get away could just turn fatal if it hits on the wrong place. so a woman is supposed t bother in that state about where she is hitting and how. What about martial rape how much does a woman have a right to self defense if her husband is raping her when it is not considered a crime as per law. The law itself has loopholes and is not sufficient.

And IDK but im not liking the way they are showing Mishti to be so guilty for murdering her molester and potential rapist in self defense to the point of her having panic attacks and thinking herself to be a criminal who made a mistake. If they had shown her getting panic attacks with regard to the molestation i would be ok with it. Or if they had shown mishti wanting to go to the police to tell the truth because she believes she is not a criminal that that would too be ok. But here they are making her think that it is a crime and a mistake she committed. This is actually not giving a good direction to the molester-woman angle. They should have kept is as some accidental murder which mishti discovered and could be caught in it as there is no proof that she did not kill the person.

that is different that involved only their families..but here it is different..yaar he is already in guilt for leaving mishti alone,, then someone try to molested his wife and moreover she is unconcious and in self defence she murdered him(according to today's episode)

will he be in right state of mind to think rationally yaar..even if we are in his situation we try to protect our loved one first.

then you said hiding things will make things worse to worst yes ofcourse abir and mishti need someone to help(who genuinely love them)and guide them in this tricky situation yaar..Both are in a mess and vulnerable..if he shares the truth with his family will they help them??if he goes to police station what will they say yaar??will they accept their oral statement of self defence..they need proof..Lets wait yaar today only they showed that too he was all alone handling traumatic mishti even he is traumatised..now only they came home na..lets wait what will abir do

I think this is what the track is, abir in the name of protecting mishti might put her in more trouble and realise it later ...abir always thinks correctly and does everything which he feels is right..but that doesn't mean he have to do everything right all the time...so he may realise that hiding truth was the biggest blunder he did when things go out of his hands is what I feel..

Mish is clearly not guilty.. 🤔 The consequences will be soo much, they gave 1 more reason to BB and Kuhu to blame mish and mentlly torture her.. And now this new entry will make both of them suffer daily.. Na kuch bata payenge mishbir kisi ko na chupa payenge.. I feel bad for them yaar.. 😔
