I think a lot of co-stars who he was close to has spoken about his love for home cooked food . Manoj spoke about the Bihari Mutton (Bihari style has to be really spicy with lot green chillies 😊), Bhumi spoke about it .I guess that Sandeep guy also spoke about Pua (which also is different from malpua when it comes to Bihari style, made specially in holi and people eat it with Mutton) .This little kid who worked with him in PR also said it. And now I remember when PR was going strong and there were rumors about his affair with Ankita, they gave out an article where they wrote about ANkita's mom getting food for Sushant. SUshant has then said dont go after the lady for this reason and since he doesnt like canteen food and misses his mom's food a lot , she gets some home cooked food for him also . ❤️

This boy has always missed his mom. That Jhalak episode is a famous one though But If I recall correctly back then Ekta was launching a song of her brothers movie in PR and both the leads came live on SBS to talk about it and also talk to audience. During that interview Sushant was asked about how his mom is in real life(just after asking Ankita what if her mother-in-law turns out to be like Savita tai), he got so upset, there was a different demeanor in his voice. He said unfortunately I lost her and she would be happy today seeing me and looked at Ankita, she immediately said yeah I am sure she will be happy.Just few moments back he was excitedly talking about India's match and then when asked about his mother he just lost that charm in the voice. Then one in ZNKD, he got very emotional in one of the acts presented by someone else. For someone who have silently followed him, I know the boy was always desolated when it came to his mother. Since last one and a half year he has been plain miserable.

I keep thinking in my mind he once said "its very difficult for anyone to live with me, talking about his then girlfriend that only she can live with him. Even I myself cant live with me." And it keeps making me wonder, if he was reduced to just living with himself and like he said he would not be able to..he could not.

Because there was no one to assure that he also is wanted and desired to be lived with.
