Let me say first that i am not tryiing to hurt anyone's feelings. It is just my opinion.
Samrat dint have plans to kill RJ. He was supposed to release RJ.
Abhi unknowingly gave a hint to Samrat that RJ has seen all the terrorist' faces and Jahaan will not leave her. So, samrat killed her. I dont say its Abhis fault but some how Abhi's intelligence proved fatal to RJ.
It is now Abhi's responsibility to protect Rashii.
