Missed out that point, my bad. I completely agree on this. It would be downright wrong to behave same in this situation.

I doubt these bollywood bimbos even knows thst these rape threats or death threats are given from fake Ids most of the time. Maximum twitter or insta etc will ban those accounts nothing more can be done.

Unless someone is getting threats from public figure or verified account nothing can be done. Indian army or PM gets bashed on daily basis on twitter no action is taken against them when even verified accounts does that and this idiot thinks law can do anything to those faceless keyboard warriors who can be from anywhere from the world.

Obamas use to get millions of death threats via social media. Not single thing was done. They do have some class. They are not drama queens like these privileged entitled bimbos.

I'm not sure what action she can take against them, but good. While I support freedom of speech, threatening rape and death and what not is taking that too far. That's not freedom of speech, that's a criminal act in many ways.

As I said those rape threats are highly unlikely happen in reality. Infact I would say that is tye highest order of abuse but as a human being it disturb you mentally. No woman should be subjected to rape threats regardless of how vile that person is. Rape word itself is highlt disturbing.

I agree that rape and death threats are disgusting, inhuman and unacceptable. 100% wrong.

But I also feel that people like Alia and KJO need to do some self reflection and mend their ways. They need to stop playing God.

Why don’t other actors get this degree of threats? Also I’m not sure I entirely believe this narrative, why am I always forced to feel bad for nepo kids? Always a victim?

Yes, swearing isn't against the law. Again that doesn't make it ok. But where I am from it is not against the law. Unless India has cyber bullying laws. But even here in America, which has recently passed very detailed cyber bullying laws, rarely are people ever held accountable for trolling against public personalities.

First of all, death threats and r*ape threats do not fall under trolling. They fall under cyber harassment. If the obscene language and threats cause any form of emotional distress to a person, they can report and sue in America as well so I don't know what you are talking about. Some choose to avoid it and not take action. But you can be sent a cease and desist letter. Shaheen is a sufferer of depression. If this unnecessary barrage of threats cause her any form of distress which she can prove, she can take action.

R*pe threats and death threats are NOT an "opinion" . It is not just merely "swearing". The post is literally saying that she will take action against the r*ape threats which she can by law as it falls under harassment.

First is it some type of coincidence that whenever you reply to me, you love to pretend I am saying I am not? I am not in anyway talking about death threats or rape threats their honey? I am talking about swearing? Where did you see me referring to rape threat or death threats? You love to moral police I know but at least do it for the right reason?

Death and rape threats need to be taken seriously. Period.

Fake account or not, IP tracing is possible. One or two culprits get caught, and the public will learn a lesson

.

There IS a difference between verbal abuse (still bad, not illegal) and actual threat.

No, it's not about being a drama queen, either. I don't like Alia and the tricks she pulls, but yeah, she has a right to be public without fear for her life.
