Death rates from coronavirus (COVID-19) in the United States as of July 13, 2020, by state (per 100,000 people)

https://www.statista.com/statistics/1109011/coronavirus-covid19-death-rates-us-by-state/

Look at the CHART

Florida is at 25th (20 deaths) and a Texas is 40th (11 deaths)something

New Jersey - 175 deaths , New York - 166 deaths

People who’re worried about increasing cases in Florida,Texas and other states after hearing media reports everyday that “yesterday was the highest case ever recorded”, should know that the death rate has not increased and hospitals are not overwhelmed (except maybe Arizona, not sure what’s happening there)

Yes there’s increase in hospital cases but they’re non coronavirus cases that couldn’t get treatment bcz of the shutdown

All deaths are counted as corona death, for Eg. if a person who has Wuhan virus, died of heart attack or car accident that is counted as corona death too... Hospitals do get paid more for corona cases and deaths...

The criteria for opening was not zero cases, it was flattening the curve and also not overwhelming the hospitals

By the way who gave permission for protests with very large group,of people when the pandemic was still at it’s peak

In the late 70s early 80s there were many movies about NYC like “Escape from New York” etc

People who grew up during that time around the area, would tell you horror stories about how unsafe it was...

Now NYC is regressing back to 70s and the early 80s after being the safest major city in the country for over two decades

Violent crimes and shooting are rapidly going up in NYC (and other major cities in the country)

Here’s a chilling clip of a man getting murdered on the street while he was walking with his daughter
