The second option is interesting. The only problem with it is Milsi still thinks Prachi and Neev love each other. He is too much of a gentleman to butt inbetween two lovers. Remember how he felt all jealous but did not reveal his feelings to Prachi till she herself admitted hers? He was her husband then but still was willing to give her the divorce to let her unite with Neev. Now he thinks she is single and in love with Neev. All the more reason to believe he will not act on his love. So if it is made clear that Prachi no longer loves Neev, then Option 2 will be good.

Another problem is while Milsi slowly discovers his love for Prachs, Ayesha will get all flustered and try some devious tactic to trap him. This will get us holding our hearts in our hands wondering whether the dreaded thing will happen. BT has a bad track record in that area. So I cannot really trust them as much. If anything is done to corrupt the purity of Michi relationship, that will lead to serious consequences later. So not sure whether we can take that chance.

Best would be for Ayesha to get hit on the head and think she loves Neev. That way she will be out of Michi's way and Milsi can romance Prachi to his heart's content.
