Raman was laying on bed when Ishita lay down next to him and rested her head on his chest.he smiled seeing her and wrapped her in his arms .

Ishita-raman,main kuch puchun aapse??

Raman-haan bolo naa.

Ishita-main aapki zindagi mein kya maayne rakhti hoon??

Raman look at her and said-what do u mean??

Ishita-i mean,mera kya status hai aapki life mein??what am I to u,mere hone nahi hone se kitna fark padega aapko .

Raman-aisa kyun puch rahi ho??kuch hua hai kya??

Ishita-nahi ,aise hi .just like other things,I just wanna know main kya aapki zindagi mein,what u feel about me,hamara relationship status kya hai??she said while he was just looking at her .

Ishita-kya hua,nahi batana chahte.yeh soch rahen hai ki kuch feel nahi karte toh sach kaise bataye,yaa phir yeh soch rahen hai ki jhooth bol doon kya,just to make me feel better.

Ishita-main bas jaanna chahti hoon ki main kya hoon aapke liye.aapki pehle ek wife thi,jisse bahut pyaar karte the aap,aur aaj usse harane ke liye khud ko saabit karna chahte hai ,toh mera kya status hai inn sab ke beech.agar kal ko mujhe kuch ho gaya,toh aap mujhe yaad karenge,yaa phir aage badh jayenge.will u cry on my death,she asked blantly making him shocked.

Raman-yeh kya bakwaas kar rahi ho,why u r saying so.kuch problem hai kya??he said and her eyes got moist.

Raman-hey ishita,why u r crying ,baby??he asked and she hugged him tight feeling low.he caressed her hair and said-what happened, ishita??

Ishita-i love u Raman and want u to love me.aap pyaar karte hai naa mujhse,mujhe bhool toh nahi jaayenge naa??she asked sobbing in his arms.

Raman-ofcourse not,why will I?mujhe toh yeh samajh nahi aa raha that why u r asking such question.

Ishita look at him and said-aaj mere ek junior ne shaadi kar li.

Ishita-her wife died few weeks back.he always use to say that he loves his wife alot and aaj usse bhool kar usne kisi aur se shaadi kar li.biwi se itna pyaar karne ka daava karne wala woh,he forget his wife so easily,main toh kuch nahi aapki .agar mujhe kuch ho gaya ,toh aap bhi mujhe bhool,she was saying when he close her mouth and said-aisi baat mat karo,tumhe kabhi kuch nahi hoga.main hone hi nahi dunga.

Ishita-aap mujhse pyaar karte hai , Raman??main karti hoon aur hamesha aapke saath rehna chahti hoon.

Raman-hum hamesha saath rahenge ,ishita.dont worry and stop talking nonsense.

Ishita-aap mujhse pyaar nahi karte naa,tabhi aise gol gol jawaab de rahen hai .

Ishita hide her face in his chest and said-yeh baat aapne shagun ko bhi kahi hogi naa??

Raman-tum insecure ho rahin ho??he said breaking the hug.

Ishita-shayad,mujhe darr lagta hai ki jab aapko meri zarurat khatam ho jayegi,toh kahin aap mujhe akela naa chod de,I don't wanna be alone ,raman.i don't wanna go there again.

Raman-u really think ,I am with u because I need u.tumhe lagta hai main issliye tumhare saath hoon coz I need ur money.issliye main tumhare saath shift nahi hona chah raha tha,I never wanted this to come between us.

Ishita-aisi baat nahi hai,raman.i know u r not with me because of money,it's just I wanna feel safe and secured,bas ek baar keh dijiye ki aap mere hai.

Raman-ofcourse I am urs,aaj aur hamesha ke liye ,ishita.haan aaj shayad main tumse pyaar nahi karta but that's because,I am not in right frame of mind,issliye nahi kyunki tum mein koi problem hai.meri zindagi mein tum ho aur hamesha tum hi rahogi.aur haan jarurat hai mujhe tumhari,but financially nahi.mujhe tumhare encouragement ki jarurat hai.the way u motivates me,it make me feel special.lagta hai main worthless nahi hoon.

Ishita-aap worthless nahi ho ,Raman .infact aap bahut precious ho mere liye.bahut zyada precious.i love u alot and just want to be urs forever.

Raman pecked her temple and said- u r mine ishita,only mine.i know I need some time to realise my love for u but I know very soon I will be madly in love with u,kyunki tum bahut achchi ho.

Ishita smiled and said-u really think so??

Raman wrapped his arms around her and said-i know so .

Ishita-sorry,maine aapko bahut pareshan kiya naa,yeh sab bakwaas karke.

Raman-nahi,infact I loved it.i loved ur insecurity,kyunki insecurity wahin hoti hai jahan pyaar hota hai.wahin aapko khone se darta hai joh aapse bahut pyaar karta hai,so I loved ur insecurity.but trust me ishita,u r the only one in my life and will always remain this close to my heart .aur jahan tak baat shagun ki hai ,toh maine usse nahi choda tha,she left me at alter.maine hamara rishta nahi toda tha ,yes I loved her once but now I hate her and want to see her loosing everything.tum toh aisa nahi karogi naa mere saath,toh tumhari jagah koi kyun lega aur kaise.so stop worrying ,my baby ,just sleep comfortably in my arms.he said tucking her hair behind her ear.

Ishita smiled and said-kya kaha aapne??

Raman-so jao.

Ishita-nahi,usse pehle.

Raman smiled and said kissing her temple-baby,coz that's what u r .choti si babu ,kitna pareshan ho jaati ho.i will be with u always ,babu and will never let u go anywhere.bhagwaan ji ke paas bhi nahi .he said and start patting her softly while she hide her face in his chest and slept comfortably.

Next few days passed normally.raman was busy with his project plan while ishita was busy in her work.every evening ,she help him in his work ,trying hard to make the project more crispier and attractive while both were waiting anxiously for the appointment with bank officials to get his loan approved.

One day ,ishita got up at her regular time when Raman get up and said hugging her-good morning sweetie.

Ishita turn to him and said-good morning Raman,aaj bahut jaldi jag gaye aap??

Raman-yes,I wanna give u something before u go to office.

Ishita-really,and what's that??she asked when he pulled her closer and took her lips in his making her shocked,as he kissed her after long .

He kissed her softly and gently for long while she was just enjoying his dominance when he broke the kiss and said kissing her temple-have a good day.

Ishita blushed and asked-yeh kis liye tha??

Raman-kyunki aaj special day hai,kyunki meri ishita special hai aur kyunki aaj main bahut khush hoon.

Ishita-kya special hai aaj??

Raman-tumhe yaad nahi??

Ishita nodded in no.

Raman-oh ok,go to ur office.hum baat mein baat karenge.

Ishita-nahi ,boliye naa kya special hai.

Raman-kuch khaas nahi,u go.he said and she went thinking what's so special today while Raman smiled thinking of surprising her.

In office also she was busy in her work but her mind was going again and again on his words only.she thought for long and finally gave up and got busy in her work.

At four,Ishita was busy in her work when her phone rang.she picked it looking into her laptop and said-hello,Ishita iyer speaking.

Raman-hi,kya kar rahi ho,busy ho kya??

Ishita smiled and said-nahi,main aapke liye kabhi busy nahi hoti.boliye kya hua??

Raman-aaj kab tak ghar aaogi??

Ishita-wahin,regular,kyun??

Raman-kuch nahi,achcha kaam karo.saying so he hung up the call.

Ishita look at her phone and said-kuch hai kya,jisse main bhool rahi hoon and he expected me to remember.subah bhi woh kuch bol rahen the,but mujhe yaad hi nahi aaya.aakhir kya hai aaj,she said trying to stretch on her mind.

Ishita-raman ka bank mein appointment aaj nahi hai,it's not his birthday either,kuch toh aisa nahi hai.phir kyun unhone aise call kiya,shall I call him.she thought and called him but he didn't picked the phone.

Ishita-now he is not picking the phone,I am definitely missing something.kuch toh bhool rahi hoon main.but kya,I think I should go and check on him.kahin society ke ladies ne unhe phir se mock toh nahi kiya and he is feeling lone.i think I should and check on him.pata nahi kyun log hume akela nahi chod dete,can't they just let us live in peace,she said and close her laptop to go home.

At five,she entered the house and found it completely dark.

Ishita look around and said-itna andhera kyun hai,aur Raman kahan hai??she said gulping her saliva in fear and called his name but noone responded.

Ishita-kya hua hai yahan,Raman kahan ho aap,she asked meekly when he hugged her from back and said-hua nahi hai,hone wala hai.meri jaan ka birthday celebration.happy birthday ishita.he said smiling and switch on the lights and she could see the hall was beautifully decorated with red and white heart shaped balloons and beautiful flowers ,while happy birthday was written in bold in mid.

Ishita smiled fully and said-shit,it's my birthday aur mujhe yaad hi nahi tha .kitni buddhu hoon main.duffer.

Raman kissed her earlobe and said-duffer toh ho,but meri ho.happy birthday princess.saying so he hugged her tight.

Ishita hugged him tight and said-thank u Raman,it's really beautiful and special too.i never expected this,thank u so much Raman.

Raman -isse bhi jyada beautiful hai kuch ,joh tumhara kabse intezaar kar raha tha.

Ishita-kya??

Raman-mera gift,soch raha hoon de doon.

Ishita forwarded her hand and said-dijiye.

Raman-de doon,he asked to which she nodded smiling.

He hold her hand and turn in .he took her hand to his lips and said-i love u ishita,he said smiling while she got pleasantly surprised hearing this from him.
