I guess they didn't have much choice as far as kid actor is concerned but they could have definitely worked on the looks of parents to make them look like parents a bit (view solely based on promo). That is something they had control on. But I blv they only plan to fly duppatas only all over again isliye they don't want to give them parents ka look. Audience ki kasauti to abhi baki hai

Anyway this is just a promo, episodes mein shayad kuch alag kar le.
