Episode 55
Recap from Thursday.....Divya is hiccupping and since they ran out of water, Aish asks Sakthi to drive a little faster so they could get a hold of water on their way. They drive for a while and still are not able to find a store, and hence Sakthi is forced to drive faster. Unfortunately, he loses control and tries to avoid an oncoming bus by veering onto a tree....? Does he really slam onto the tree? Not really! He slams the break on time! All are frightened, esp. Divya who now stops hiccupping. Sakthi soon whispers Aish's name and tells her how sharply he stopped the car (of course with a smile on his face). Aish on the other hand tells how afraid she was, and wonders if this is the matter. She then calls Divya who is still shocked. Soon Divya asks where she is. Aish decides to scare her even further by saying that all three of them have died on spot and are now in yemmalogam 😆. Divya is dumstruck and wonders why yemmalogam looks just like the real world. Sakthi adds the tottatharani (a movie director) is too busy and hence is not able to put a set depicting yemmalogam. Divya now realizes it and talks back 😆. Sakthi teases her by saying that in order to stop the normal hiccups there is no point in putting such an expensive shoot sets. Divya tells him not to drive fast 😃. Aish on the other hand adds that her hiccupps will stop after a minute, and the secret is obviously Divya (upon seeing her ;) ).
Just then Sakthi receives a call. It is apparently Chandru (Divya's appa). He wonders where they are and ask if there are any problems. He asks if they will reach home by tomorrow morning. Sakthi agrees, and Chandru further advices that they stay at a hotel rather than taking the risk at night time, and hangs up. Since Chandru didn't bother talking to his daughters, Sakthi proudly tells Divya that Chandru cares so much about him..even more so than his daughters. Divya adds that only people who are dumb need to be adviced, like Sakthi 😆. She further adds that Aish and herself are like parrots to their father. Sakthi just keeps teasing her. Aish tells him that she wouldn't consider herself as a parrot but rather Rathi (dont' know who this is). To prove that Sakthi is wrong, Divya calls her dad and tells him that he talk to his daughters and not Sakthi, adding that Shakthi is teasing them so much. She further asks him if the considers them as lovely parrots, and Chandru readily agrees. Sakthi on the other hand is stretching big time.....
Sakthi soon stops the car and gets down to check on the tire. The tire is punctured. The girls are wondering what they are going to do. Sakthi tells them not to worry and the he'll change the tire soon. Divya is amazed by the fact the Sakthi is capable of such mechanical jobs....Sakthi adds that you need not do mechanical engineering for such small things. The girls to want to come out but Sakthi advices they stay inside b/c of a colder temperature. But if they wished to come out and happen to catch a cold, then they'll be forced to drink these herbal medications by his relatives. The girls then decide to remain inside.
Two police officers, while on their way, spot the car. The head asks the junior to go and check on the vehicle. He knocks on the window, and asks Aish what they are doing. Aish replies that the tire is punctured and hence Sakthi is repairing it. He soon walks over to Sakthi and inquires. The PO talks wrongly - calling Sakthi a driver and asking what he is doing with two ladies inside the car. Sakthi requests the PO to mind his work (of course in a nice way). The PO doesn't really care, and asks Sakthi to show the licence to the head whose waiting a couple of meters down.
After grabbing the licence from the vehicle, Sakthi walks over and gives the head the papers. Back ground music is playing. He too is inquiring. Sakthi tries to explain but the POs seem too adamant. As soon as he tells them something, both of them get up and salute Sakthi. The girls are shocked. The POs then walk Sakthi over and one of then (junior) goes to fix the tire, while the other is talking with Sakthi (pleading him perhaps). They soon send Sakthi off with a big salute.
The vehicle is seen to be driving around a village. Soon Sakthi stops the car, because of a bunch of men, who are all dressed in white. The men seem to be arguing with each other. Aish wonders why they are fighting. Sakthi tells her that they not inquire such matters, but his town men are well known for their arguments - which is merely over the vehicle coming in others way (both parties want the other to take the vehicle first). Aish warns that they'll see more of it once they actually enter Sakthi's place. Sakthi further adds that these people can also be touched my sentiment as well. Divya wonders when they'll be able to go from there, and how long this fight will go on for. Sakthi tells her that it is hard to predict how long such fighting will go on for, and prepares to get down, but the girls stop him. He calms them and approaches the men. As soon they see Sakthi, the men bow down, and ask him how he is doing. When Sakthi asks what the matter is, they play it down, and part their ways. Divya and Aish are suprised by the respect Sakthi is getting. Once Sakthi gets back, they are on their way to Sakthi's place, but are blocked by two kids who remain sitting in the middle of the reason despite Skathi honking.
Sakthi gets down but soon sees the fireworks going......Divya and Aish also join him.
Episode 56 -
Recap....The fire work has been set, and Sakthi n Co (who are all suprised) are soon welcomed by a group of dancing men/ kids amidst mela thaalam. It turns out to be Sakthi's childhood friend - Kuyil. They've brought garland for Sakthi and the latter soon joins them. Sakthi hugs Kuyil and introduces him to Divya. He further tells Divya about Kuyil's past and how the latter had to be begged not to come to school (since he was naughty and gave the teachers a hard time). Kuyil kindly requests Sakthi to stop teasing him and blabbers a lot himself, but soon is stopped.
A new lady (Manimegalai?? forgot her name) is standing in front of Sivalingam statue and is angrily asking him what is on his God's mind. She then requests that God unite her with her murai maaman, who had gone to Singapore three years ago. She adds that if he not make this come true, then he'd see a different manimagalai. After takling her heart out, she leaves the place, but is soon approached by her friend who informs her of her muraimaaman's (or Sakthi) arrival. She is elated, but soon her happiness dies down when her friend warns her not to expect too much from Sakthi. Her eyes turn watery.
Sakthi n Co. are at home and are surrounded by sakthi's relatives. Sakthi first introduces his mother, who then tells everyone about Sakthi's cuttythanam. He then introduces his grandparents, and adds that he had to always join his grandpa everytime the latter went to check out girls (manily b/c Sakthi is a hottie). Soon they hear Sakthi's dad arriving (who is surrounded by a lot of people and is given so much respect by all). Sakthi along with Divya and Aish approach him outside and get blessings. Sakthi's dad asks them how they are doing, and tells them to take rest and that he'd join them after finishing work.
Sakthi goes for a ride with his friend, Kuyil, on his bike. Sakthi is wondering how Kuyil got the bike, and the latter explains to him about his dealings with a rich lady (probably a joke 😃!). Sakthi soon spots his athai ponnu (manamegalai), and approach her. Manimagalai is upset that Sakthi might have forgoten her, but Sakthi tells her that he still thinks of her, and that he still has the handcachief that she had gifted him prior to him leaving to Singapore. Sakthi adds that he is mad at her since she had not called him while he was in Singapore, and tells that he'll come visit her soon. MM is elated to hear this and sports a smile on her face, not knowing Sakthi's love for Divya

😲 Oh OH....trouble time for Sakthi...he probably didn't realize that MM is in love with him, and hence his words would have totally different meanigs to MM. we'll hafta wait n see...
Episode 57 -
NOTE: Sakthi's athai ponnu's name is Muthazhagi and not Manimegalai....
People have gathered under a tree. Seeing this, Sakthi (who's eager to know what is happening) requests his buddy to drive there. Soon they see Sakthi's father arrive to the Panchayaththu. One of the men tells Ayya that a girl by the name of Thanam was supposed to marry Sundaram, however, when Thanam went away to work, she had fallen for another man, Saravanan, and couple ended up living together for 3 months. Ayya is against the living together matter and says that this is against the culture. While he was making the decisions, he spots Sakthi there and gets his PA to tell Sakthi to leave. Ayya adds that even if HIS SON had committed such thing, he would definitely punish him, and requests Saravanan to stay away from this town for the next three years. Hearing this, Sakthi is a little shocked…after all, he only knows the truth.
Muthalagi is deeply thinking about what Sakthi had told her earlier. She then takes a look at a lot of sentimental things, like bangles, that Sakthi had bought her earlier. Soon she's approached by her friend. She asks MA if she had seen Sakthi, and expressed her feelings. MA adds that she need not tell 'I love you' to Sakthi since she is aware that she is in Sakthi's heart. But her friend soon breaks the news about Divya and Aish who had accompanied Sakthi. MA is frightened, and wants to know more about these girls. Uh Oh…time for some conflict!!!
Sakthi's mom (MIL) is frying something, and Divya wonders if she could help her. MIL tells Divya to ask Sakthi's father to come eat. Divya goes and requests her FIL to come eat. FIL is delighted. Divya is serving everyone, and Sakthi's parents are really happy. Aish whispers to Sakthi that Divya is over doing it. Sakthi shushes her.
Sakthi, Divya and Aish are having young coconut. Kuyil offers money to the man selling them, but the latter declines and takes off. Seeing this, Sakthi teases Kuyil by saying that perhaps the man could have considered him as a beggar. Kuyil is further 'totally damaged' by Sakthi by sharing one of Kuyil's rare school day stories with the ladies – Sakthi was supposed to sing for a special occasion at school, but b/c he lost his voice, he had requested Kuyil to sing. Kuyil did….and made the head master dance till he fell to the ground, or at least that is what they thought. The person next to the headmaster informed everyone that the latter had passed away. That is when they found that the HM was having a seizure (and not dancing) after hearing Kuyil sing. Everyone are laughing, and in the mean time, Aish spots Muthazhagi peaking from behind the tree (but hides after). Aish wonders who this is and asks Sakthi. They can't seem find anyone behind the tree, and hence Kuyil jokes that it could be mohinipey. Aish freaks and runs away. The rest follow her. The screen freezes on a hurt Muthazhagi….

Episode 58 -Kuyil and Sakthi are walking, and Kuyil wonders about Singapore. Sakthi lets him know that it is not doing well and that docs are checking on it. Kuyil adds his mokkai joke by playing along (i.e. wonders how serious it is). They decide not to tease each other. He then asks Sakthi about the girls, and the latter asks Kuyil about his love interests. Just then they see Saravanan (the same guy whom Sakthi's father had punished). He stares (a nasty one though) at Sakthi and walks off.
Back in his room, Sakthi is thinking about his father's decisions towards the couple who lived together for 3 months. He then thinks about what Saravanan had told him when he bumped into him while walking with Kuyil (Saravanan curses Sakthi that the latter too would be separated from his wife and hence would suffer the pain he is going through). He later takes out the pictures that he took with Divya (the same ones that are posted on indya.com website). Upon hearing his sister (? Vasanthi), he hides the photos under the pillow. She walks in and searches for something in the room. Sakthi is really nervous (since the pictures are out), and wants to know if he could help her find whatever she is looking for. Vasanthi is suspicious that Sakthi might be hiding something from her and ponders while sitting on the bed. She then takes the pillow (underneath which Sakthi had hid the photos) and says that she is looking for her kollusu. Frightening time for Sakthi!!! She then tells Sakthi to help her look for it while she goes to make him the coffee he had asked for. Sakthi gets excited and throws another pillow over the photos, but Vasanthi catches him. She takes the photos and runs outside. Sakthi is warning her not to open the envelop. They soon bump into Divya and Aish (who are in the garden). Aish grabs the photos from him, but before she could take a look at them, Divya steals it. Sakthi tells her not to take a look at it now… Before he could get back the photos he goes through so much…poor Sakthi!!!
Muthazhagu is by the temple lake and is thinking hard. Her friend approaches and wonders why she is emotionally bumped out all the time. MA wonders if she has any news regarding the girls that arrived with Sakthi. To her dismay, the friend couldn't find any info, but advices she trust Sakthi and express her love to him soon before someone else does.
Sakthi and Kuyil are walking around and are approached by his father's men (upon hearing about the incident where Saravanan curses Sakthi). They take Sakthi aside and inquire him on the incident and want to hurt Saravanan so badly. Sakthi calms them down and tells them that they leave Saravanan alone; after all the guy is already suffocating. Sakthi requests them not to leak the news out to his father. After the men leave, Kuyil wants to know what the matter is. As usual, Sakthi teases him by saying that they no longer wanted him to hang around with Kuyil. The latter gets frightened by hearing that they'd chop him (Kuyil) off if they are seen together.
Muthazhagi goes to her father (at home) and asks if he knows about Sakthi's arrival. The father isn't interested. She tells him about her brief meeting with Sakthi and asks him to invite Sakthi to the house. The father walks over to her and tells her to move on with life (don't know what he means by this!).

With this new twist lets hope the story picks up even more...I have a gut feeling that Sakthi and Divya will be separated mainly b/c of them living together. I just hope Sri doesn't leak the new out here as well....anyways, hope you all have a good weekend..catch you next week.....cheers......
