I can understand the hate Abdullah is getting but frankly I find it to be unfair. It is well established that Abdullah is a weak person. His character has been very consistent. He should not be expected to all of a sudden became this saviour hero when that's just not who he is. A person who saw abuse being meted out at a young age and then himself became the victim of physical, verbal and emotional abuse cannot be expected to become a strong voice suddenly. His years of abuse cannot be erased just like that. He has always searched for acceptance and will do anything for it. He wants to please because that would stop the abuse. His personality and esteem has been completely destroyed as it is and Shanzey's emotional blackmail is making things even harder. That kind of emotional blackmail with the threat of suicide would even make a regular person weak. I identify with Washma so much and even I have become confused and faltered in the face of emotional blackmail. Abdullah knows right from wrong, he can relate to Mahjabeen but he himself is so crushed by abuse that growing out of it would take years.

Glad there were no scenes of Shanzey this episode. She is so damn annoying. Sarwar is a perfectly capable and intriguing villain why we are forced to watch Shanzey is beyond me. She has become a complete moron and Sarwar who is supposedly so smart and cunning isn't very bright if he thinks he can get Mahjabeen. She doesn't like him, her family hates him. Even trying to force their hand would do nothing. He should listen to his mom, she actually talks sense.

TBH I don't think we gonna get an independent mahjabeen ...she is naive girl who is quite slow and that's the way she is ...she can't be changed ...someone asked yumna to give a lesson her character gives so she replied " jinka Dil saaf hota hai unki manjilein aasaan Hoti hai...Allah khudh unke raasta banaa dete hai" mahjabeen calls herself a loser so I believe at the end she will stop seeking acceptance from this world and she will be proud of the way she is :))

TBH 80% viewers wanted to see this but zanjabeel gave a very realistic and thought provoking turn to this storyline....we usually think two imperfects can together make a perfect pair but do you think it is that easy? Both Abdullah and Mahjabeen have their own insecurities , flaws and mindsets based on the treatment they got from this society...abdullah is a very underconfident guy who always dreamt of having a confident , strong wife who could become his strength...so when he got rejected by shanzay ... inorder to proove that he is not a "loser" he decided to marry mahjabeen but the fact is he wasn't capable of taking her responsibility by that time ...he thought marrying a girl who is slower or weaker than him would make him a real man...he does relate with mahjabeen but his fears , insecurities have made a very strong impact on him ... otherside for Mahjabeen marriage is just like a test ...she doesn't want to get failed in it at any cost so she does everything that other people say her to do or what she thinks is required to become an ideal wife

Basically both of them wanted to get rid of the tag "loser"

But writer showed us that it's not easy for people with such complexities can become each other strength !!

I think in upcoming episodes we will get to see how Abdullah become strong and face Sarwar inorder to protect mahjabeen and that's how the concept of "love" will be understood by both Abdullah and Mahjabeen !!

Mahjabeen may call herself a loser (at times) but she doesnt care about being accepted by this world ...the only people she worries for is her parents and now Abdullah ...

Mahjabeen is genuinely innocent...whereas Abdullah is intelligent he can sense right and wrong ..all Abdullah lacks is courage once he can gather that he will be able to face Sarwar ..now courage can come with time but a single incident can also trigger it

I may be wrong here but I feel it affects her when ppl call her "loser"(even she says "main Bura toh nhi manaati " but she does feel bad) ...she knows she is not as smart as others so she is dealing with this world in her our way....she has been mocked by the ppl around her for not having enough of smartness ...I remember her dialogue where she says " main logon ki jhooti tareef nhi Karti , Bhalaa ab koi meri tareef nhi karta toh main kisi ki Kyun karoon? "

The way happiness comes on her face whenever someone gives her compliment depicts how much this innocent girl desires of getting appreciated for the things she does !!

I also believe mahjabeen has better sense of judgement than Abdullah ...Abdullah fails to see through Sarwar , shanzay and mansoora

Mahjabeen listens to her heart ...does things which she finds right ...where Abdullah doesn't follow his own inner voice ...he does what Sarwar or shanzay order him to do !!
