You guys are letting your hate overtake you now. Alia was fantastic in Gully Boy and she was definitely one of the reasons for pulling in the crowd to see the film. She might have gotten it because of connections but at the end of day it's hard to complain when she was so good in it.

I can understand not liking her in Kalank and when she tries to do those stupid item songs but how are you going to try to bring her down for Gully Boy? She had a small role but she stole the show as did Siddhanth.

The story would've progressed even without her character which reduced her significance from my POV.

We have Raabta also Disaster, ek nahi 2 Disaster, was showing you that films have success/failures with them, you can't pinpoint as this wasn't hyped or wasn't well made.

Either SSR was doing well because these big guys were doing films with him or he was being screwed by the industry on purpose - KJo was deliberately sinking his money to make bad films like Drive and releasing them on OTT to spite SSR in order to help all the jealous star kids.

You can name films, I will show you how much those films were watched at TV Premiere, Theatre performance you can get excuse ke SCREENS nahi mili, AUDIENCE who is at Home is watching those films in FREE won't even WATCH it.

It's easy to guess who controls the access to these screens. Everything seems interrelated in bollywood. Under-table deals aren't readily available online for me to share here, but let's not turn a blind eye to how corrupt the system is.

But wasn't the whole industry colluding together to sink SSR because he was so much smarter and more talented than stupid talentless star kids? Everyone was jealous of him and deliberately mocked him and tried to bring him down. KJo wasted his own money to make bad films like Drive in a major campaign to take down SSR.

So then how do you explain the director of Dangal working with him? I'm sure all the star kids wanted to do his next film??

That film wasn't even promoted and distributed properly. How would people know about the film. Small towns don't work that way. Even i didn't know about the film being in Delhi. Do you expect SSR's parents to go to every house to request people.
