After impressing the viewers with his great performance in serial Pavitra Rishta, actor Sushant Singh Rajput never imagined that he had a long way ahead in Bollywood career after quitting this show. He made his debut in Bollywood with Abhisekh Kapoor's Kai Po Che' and now his hands are full with almost 6-7 big banner films.

Recently, we met this actor on the set of Pavitra Rishta, where he spoke about his upcoming movies, marriage, his introvert nature and many more...

You are shooting for the last episode of Pavitra Rishta, any memories attached to this show?

There are lots of memories attached to it which can be cherished at any moment and they are unforgettable. Today, whatever I am is all because of Pavitra Rishta. It has given me a lot in terms of money, fame and success. I had played a role of a simple poor boy and audience liked my performance. This helped me built my confidence level for movies. It's a great feeling to be back on the old set and meet the old team members.

You have been signed to play M.S.Dhoni in his biopic. Are you nervous?

Though I want to speak a lot about this film, but I cannot reveal much on it. For now, all I can say is that playing a role of our Indian captain who is a multi-talented personality is a real challenge for me. There are many characteristics attached to M.S.Dhoni, so I am preparing myself to fit into his character. It's a great responsibility on me and for now, the makers are just into the process of finalizing my look for the film.

Tell us something about Ankita Lokhande, whom you met on the set of Pavitra Rishta itself. Is marriage on the cards?

Very soon!! Till date, lot of have been said about our marriage, but now we have decided to stop reacting on it. I am still working hard to save money for her (laughs). Honestly, till now, she was too occupied with Pavitra Rishta, but now I am sure she will take at least 20 days to just elaborate her future plans and execute them. But yes, marriage will happen soon.

The people around you consider Sushant Singh Rajput as an introvert, shy guy. Does this nature helping you in your career?

I have been like this from the days of Pavitra Rishta. I am a shy guy who takes time to mix up with people. But that doesn't mean, I am snobbish or arrogant or egoistic. It's just that, people have started observing me now. (Laughs)

Lastly, tell us something about your upcoming projects.

Very soon, audience will see me in PK; which will release in December, then Dibakar Banerjee's Byomkesh Bakshi' which is slated to release in February and currently working on M.S.Dhoni. Apart from this, I also have three films which will be announced soon.

He kept talking about it till his very last appearance with Ankita. What happened only the two of them and closed ones would know.. I guess... But yeah even though there was continuous negativity around them..they were a beautiful couple.. SPecially if you see the Jhalak episodes or his appearance with Ankita on KAI Po CHE premiere.. The guy would not let go of her hands.. :)

I understand you. All I know right now is that it's going to take a while for all of us to stop feeling that horrible pain that almost feels like it's physical.
