I sincerely apologise to all of you. Really, really sorry for so much delay😒 I am very guilty for that🥺 but that time was just not in oroper frame of mind to write😒
And now when I wanted to, I had really lost connect with the story, had to read my own story again for getting a grip of it🤣
So I am posting a chotu sa update( a very chotu sa actually)😒 sorry again for that par socha abb likhna shuru nahi kia toh will not be able to complete the story😆 this is the last chapter and I will post another part to this chapter mostly within this week.
I am very nervous about this😒

Rudhita FS: Jealousy
Chapter 5A
He stood rooted to his spot for God knows how much time. To say he was shocked was an understatement. Whatever he was expecting, it wasn’t this. Lost in his thoughts, he slowly walked back to his study. He really didn’t know how to react. Did he hear her correctly or was it a dream? No, it did seem real but it was a way too dreamy for him. Could he be really that lucky? Because he had never expected Bondita to love him. Forget expect, he hadn’t even dared to hope. He was scared, way too scared that his hope will be shattered very badly. Even when he saw that she was jealous, he told himself that it was probably because of the fact that he was involved with Mini in the past and Bondita felt angry as she didn’t like Mini. Though a part of him told him that probably she felt for him the same way he did, he suppressed this voice. He didn't want to hope and get heartbroken.
However he decided to pull her leg a little and tease her. Or thats what he told himself. But deep inside his heart he knew, he was just testing waters, trying to confirm whether she was actually jealous seeing him with Mini. That maybe she also had eventually come to love him. Only he knew how his heart danced seeing her get irritated seeing him talking happily with Mini. But he hadn't thought his teasing would backfire on him like this. He never expected Bondita to get so upset and sad. Heck, he could never think of hurting her ever but ended up doing just that. But not everything went wrong here. It all led to Bondita confessing her feelings, accidentally though and not really the way he would have wanted. But still she did!! She loved him!! And slowly a smile started forming on Anirudh's face as he let he her confession sink in and remembered her words.
His reverie was broken when by Som called out to him. "Daada, aap itna muskura kyun rahe ho?" asked Som looking at Anirudh with a mischievous glint in his eyes.
"Kyun.. main muskura nahi sakta kya?" asked Anirudh a bit embarrassed.
"Nahi nahi, bilkul muskura sakte ho, par yun ese, akele apne aap se muskurana samajh nahi aaya" said Som with a smug smile. Then added "Vaise iss baar boudi ke aane ke baad aap kuch zyada hi muskura rahe ho"
"Ab tum yahan meri muskurane ki vajah puchne toh nahi aaye ho, batao kya hua?" asked Anirudh trying to change the topic showing mock anger.
"Zyada chido matt abb dada. Bas aapko khane ke liye bulane aaya tha, Kaka ne bheja" said Som rolling his eyes and left, his smile still not leaving his face. Anirudh was thoroughly embarrassed. He must be really smiling like a fool. At this rate, his family is soon going to think he is mad and laughed at himself.
He really didn’t have any appetite as he was full with Bondita’s thoughts, but he knew if he refuses he would be bombarded with many questions so he just went on with it. But Bondita didn’t turn up for dinner. He enquired Som about it. Som told he had called her but she told she wasn’t hungry even though he insisted. He was surprised at this news as Bondita not being hungry was a big deal. And she never usually skipped food as far as he could remember. He wanted to call her for dinner but he really didn’t know how to face her after whatever happened in the evening. Perhaps, it was the same with her, maybe she was feeling awkward or embarrassed, she had to, there was no way Bondita would skip food for any small reason. He decided he would ask Bihari to ask Bondita once again for dinner later though he had a strong urge to go and make her eat. But he stopped himself as he didn't want to mess things up more than they already were and that too when he himself was not sure what to do. He needed a little time to gather his thoughts. He was glad dinner was a peaceful affair and nobody bothered him much though he hardly ate anything.
Morning
Light was falling on her eyes through the curtains as she opened her eyes. Her head still felt heavy. She slowly got up holding her head. She couldn’t remember how she fell asleep. She was just looking around sleepily when she suddenly remembered last day’s events and smacked herself mentally. And she felt like she got a jolt of shock. She had literally made a fool of herself. What was she even thinking? She had blurted everything just like that. ‘Apni zabaan par bilkul kabu nai hai tujhe Bondita. Pati babu kya soch rahe honge tere bare mein? Kuch bhi keh deti hai tu. Abb kaise saamna karungi mai unka? Kya bolungi unko? Kahin mujhse gussa toh nahin hogaye? Jaake boldun kya ki jo bhi bola mazak tha? Baat hi khatam hojaegi. Nahi, nahi mai aisa nahi karsakti, jhooth nahi boolungi. Vaise bhi, unke saamne pata nahi kya hojata hai mujhe, kuch bolne jaungi, ulta aur gadbad hojaegi. Abb bol diya toh boldiya. Gussa karen to karen, tu darr matt Bondita , tu kaunsa kisi aur ke pati se pyar karti hai. Lekin agar saamne aagaye pati babu toh kya bolun? Kuch samajh nai aaraha. Ek kaam karti hun, aaj bahar hi nahi niklungi kamre se. Keh dungi upvaas hai. Kal tak shayad voh baat bhul jaye’ Bondita patted herself for her idea but then thought ‘ Itni bhook lagi hai uska kya karun, haathi daud rahe hai paet mein, pata nahi kya hoga mera. Ek gadbad sambalti nahi ki kuch aur gadbad kar deti hun main’.
Then a more dreadful thought struck her 'Par Saudamini didi ke baare mein toh kal puri baat batayi nahi pati babu ne, kya kehna chahte the voh? Sach mein mazak kar rahe the ya mera dil rakhne ke liye aisa bol diya unhone? Thik se jawab bhi toh nahi dete yeh rakshas babu. Main karun toh kya karun?' and rolled her eyes sadly.
At the breakfast table, Anirudh was waiting for Bondita, but she didn’t turn up. Now this was getting on his nerves. What was this girl upto? Why was she avoiding him? Yesterday he thought maybe she was upset that’s why she didn’t have dinner, even when Bihari asked if she would have dinner later, she refused, but today also not having breakfast!! that was too much. 'Bhook hadtal pe hai kya yeh ladki ? It cannot go on like this. Till how much time did she plan to remain hungry? Mujhe baat karni hogi usse’ he thought determinedly to himself.
