My friend got in an accident and he started hearing voices, than he visited psychiatrist, he diagnosed him bipolar disorder, even though there has been no history , he didn't actually took pill and he was normal in few weeks.

He hanged himself and died from asphyxiation. He had no other injuries or signs of struggle. It is not possible for him to have been murdered. There is no physical evidence for that.
