Please put the conspiracy theories to rest about everyone stealing everything from him and bullying him and driving him to his death. Stop making a mockery out of him now. Leave him alone.

Stop using him to target everyone else. You already talked so much shit about him. At least learn from your mistakes and stop doing it to others. The only thing most people have done is switched targets.

So many many offers he had but nothing concrete was written about barring that one Rumi Jaffery one . Without clean hits ARK, Arjun were working with better creative people and had better films. Pinkvilla , Masand kept writing how he has no good offers even after a big hit. Funnily Pinkvilla after his death suddenly has information about his so many films . The blind done two weeks about him being jobless is also deleted now. It's all good in the hood.

This basically proves why so many of us are against the blinds culture and the power BW bigwigs have to influence the audience through PR machinery, lies and manipulations!

It's so easy to fall for these like how many of us did! I mean if people like us who are on forum can get fooled imagine the influence media has on general public! It's SCARY!

This also proves why women shouldn't be blindly trusted even if #MeToo! I mean it's extremely hard to prove MeToo incidents since it always boils down to "he said she said", so one can't even fault those who took women's words for it during the whole MeToo peak!

And it's kinda futile how some have taken up on their shoulders to prove others hypocrisy (general observation last few days) just because they are frustrated with the backlash their favorite Nepo families and kids are getting. And who better than certain fans to bodyguard their chunu munus by cutting others down!

Well, the issue isn't about others hypocrisy and wanting to feel superior, rather it is about rectifying your own mistakes and going forward not to repeat the same mistakes!

I mean everyone, each one of us have bashed trashed and mocked so many celebs left right and center on this forum!

Forget celebs, many here have also bashed, mocked and bullied members too! So tbf no one is a saint. Again that's NOT the point at all!

Point is after this incident I hope all of us introspect and cut down on unnecessarily bashing and pointing fingers at others because end of the day we don't know what many may have been going through in their lives!

But that doesn't mean people should mum and not say anything. Nor does it mean I'll back down or feel guilty for taking a stand against Nepotism, cronyism, systematic smear campaigns via PR/Blinds or bullying and cornering of BWMafia!

Even if one may be a hypocrite they have every right to participate in the protest! Why should our past mistakes undermine the future we are aiming for!

Ofc you can't manage everyone on social media, so such protests do get diluted with extreme hate but again it doesn't mean the of goal of the protest is wrong. This backlash just may bring the necessary change. And like how I have always said even if that change is 1%, it's worth the effort!

IMHO, talking only about my reaction, others may or may not identify with this:

Disliking a person and wanting them to lose their life are completely different things. I don't like a lot of 'celebs' and 'even people I know in real life' but that does not mean I will rejoice their death. No hatred/dislike is above someone's life.

I mentioned this in another thread too, I never liked SSR, but his death made me sad coz it was totally avoidable. A life was snuffed out abruptly. For me its about the unfairness of it all.

You eventually somehow make peace with natural deaths/accidents/illnesses since they were really not in anyone's control; but knowing that someone was pushed to suicide is something completely different. We are all emotional beings at the end of the day, it will affect us.

Nepotism and blinds have always been a part of Btown (been seeing it since I joined IF years ago), and everyone on IF has taken part in guessing them; I know I have. But the fact that this can have such a disastrous effect is something that became a reality with what happened in case of SSR. None of us voiced out that blinds should be banned before this or they were harmful, now we do.

Also, his fight with depression and loneliness touched a cord with people, who have faced bullying or nepotism in their own life. So the rage is also (in a way) against every bully that exists in the society, who makes life difficult for people just for their own sadistic pleasure. Mental health issues are more common than people care to admit openly, incidents like this triggers the outrage. It just reminds you of what you have gone through in life personally and kept it within you, coz you felt you could not share it with anyone.

Also, the blinds did their bit in solidifying the rotten opinion I had of him.

Also, even now, I don't think I am automatically going to 'adore the hell' out of every outsider just because they are outsiders. Like Nawaaz, he has completely lost my respect after the kind of things he wrote in his Biography. I have not seen any of his films since.

Opinions about actors are formed by what we see of them on social media or the perceptions we build of them from what we hear about them from others/media. We will never know them personally to realize how much of what we 'think is true' is actually true: negative or positive, works both ways. I may adore a celeb to death but only people close to her/him might be aware of what horrible people they are.

But these were Sushant's own words that he had 12 offers. Komal Nahta had said on the 1st or 2nd day of his death (before the conspiracy theories really started) that Sushant had many offers but he was refusing to meet producers because maybe he was waiting for the right project. Maybe they weren't the type of offers he wanted or maybe he was already going through some mental issues. He wasn't healthy and perhaps he didn't have the energy or the interest. Depression can make you unfeeling and uncaring about anything in life.

It makes more sense to believe his own words and then cooking up theories about other actors bullying him and taking his projects.

How did the narrative change suddenly after his death ??? That's my question.

How did the same Pinkvilla , Masand running blinds on how he has no offers suddenly change into 'oh he had many offers but he was mentally ill , so it din't work out? ' . Pinkvilla now specifically says he had Anand l Rai production film , Kamal jain film , Resul film and the same publication was slandering him saying he has no work , supreme arrogance , couldn't utilise a hit film also literally two weeks back.

In short , before his death : He is arrogant and jobless .

After his death : He had all the offers in the world , its just that he had already given up.

P.S - I am not denying he wasn't mentally struggling but I hope you see how the media narrative has suddenly changed.

I called him a jackass on that metoo thread. I just blindly believed the blind. This is disturbing. Jesus Christ
