I didn’t watch zero because I don’t like seeing srk pairing with Kat or anu. These girls look good with their other male costars but I watched few movies of these girls so I don’t follow them that much. I liked Kat in that movie with imran, she’s good doing fun comedy movies. Srk looks good with his other female costars. I really liked him in dz, surprised movie was not like a huge hit, it was good.

I had to laugh at the part about her auditioning with 500 other girls and getting picked on merit 🤣.

I will never believe in a million years Alia was the best girl he found to play a college knockout! We know how hesitant he was about Rani being casted in a similar role !

To answer your question: nepotism is not the issue here. It will always be around in some form or the other. The kind of games you and your mentor played, however, are very much wrong. Dangling money and name in front of movie makers, you snatched roles instead of auditioning for them. You and your mentor spread rumors to make rivals seem unprofessional and/or toxic. You and your mentor mocked rivals on TV. Your current boyfriend is known to plant blinds. You and the rest of the mean-girl clique excluded rivals like some high school gang. What you did was bullying, period. When your gang is almost entirely comprised of Bollywood insiders with more money than brains, and you gang up on talented outsiders to drive them out, it is class bullying. Money and might vs. talent and passion. So yeah, you are wrong.

Lmao at people comparing Kat with Alia.. Kats 2nd movie was what Sarkar or Hero which she had no more than 10 mins but Alia's second movie was Highway. And DPs second movie was BDH which she was one of the three heroines.. Kat and other non star kids got here struggling, with their sheer dedication and hardwork.. Alia on the other hand was groomed to be top heroine since teen years. She had the best acting coach, best PR team, best directors to work with in dream projects.. People gave Alia so many chances, tailored made roles that will bring the best in her.. She is known to snatch roles - the time she hears theres a big project coming up she starts lobbying. For example she begged for a role when saw Rajamouli at airport and then RRR happened.. Any self respecting individual would do that? She puts him in a weird spot and then he had no choice but to go with daughter of Mahesh Bhatt.. She is nasty lil spoiled brat. I don't even like Kat or DP but I prefer them over this sneaky bully. She doesn't even do charity work unless its for movie promotion - selfish coward. While Kats mom runs orphanage in Tamil Nadu since past 10 years.. Enough making these vile nepo kids to be victim when they have been lobbying and ganging up on non star kids.. About time this happened!!

I think Alia has just become a scapegoat for what is really just a corrupt system that has been highlighted due to Karan's actions. She can't force him to make her his "daughter"/mentee and give her all the prime Dharma projects. He cast her himself because he personally sees her that way for whatever reason. Same with all of her directors. Sure, Karan or even she herself at times picked up the phone and asked the directors to cast her but the directors/producers still had to take that final call themselves. There is nothing wrong with asking for work. Every actor from Katrina, Priyanka, to Deepika have admitted to doing that as well. The problem really is that so many people have repeatedly caved to their requests over taking their original choices. This is obviously because of Karan's power and influence and/or this systemic thought that star kids bring more publicity, buzz, etc.

I understand everyone's rage towards Alia's privilege but it really needs to be directed at all of these production houses that have been enabling this behavior. Nothing will change until they decide to give an equal chance to everyone.

She might not be in the wrong but no one can deny that she has gotten tremendous advantage of being affiliated with kjo. The public outrage is there because she is successful, no body is pointing fingers at abhishek bachchan who has had 14 flops before a hit and is still in the industry.

If she has an advantage of getting films in her kitty without much effort ,people will point that out , no matter what and i think it is part of the deal, you can't have your cake and eat it too.

People are naive if they think karan will not dispose of her when her films start flopping!

SSR represents the youth of today.. millions who are feeling anger/pain, see him as a symbol of their aspirations,their hero..they want to be like him.The more they read about him,the more he becomes their hero.Their real life hero.

Now the rest..obviously they cant match his intelligence,his silent generosity,His influence on people he met outside the film industry.The image managers have to find new ways to make them appealing to the young.

Business in BW is chaupat anyway.There is nothing for KJo to be happy about.2 years later ,when things get back to normal..he may not be around.He was sinking for some years..now he is almost finished.He gets a small % from joint productions-hos only way of staying in the news.I think that is where his downfall started and how his Dharma brand took a beating.
