Shiny Ahuja, I haven't read his case properly so can't comment on that.

I remember that 😆 . It was obvious from the start none of these are gonna be offered anything than a filler role in one of dostanas or golmaals , but even that didn't happened .

I’m surprised people think Shiny is innocent. I think the maid took back her statement because Shiny bribed her. I think people that speak out should be listened to, not automatically dismissed because you think it might be the industry conspiring against them.

If you read my post correctly I said questions are raised in my mind AFTER this incident I never said I believed him but you can't deny there is a possibility that he was framed. And as you said you believe he gave money to maid like many others that's what I am saying if court had declared him guilty then he was guilty people would have said when court had declared him innocent people said he bought the maid he gave her money in both cases he has been declared guilty by audience. If he was guilty he did deserved to be in jail I agree but again there always a possibility is what I am saying I am not declaring him innocent or guilty my question is Is not there is a chance that he was framed.

Few years back when Ajay Devgn's movie(Shivaay?) was clashing with KJos, Kajol had shared some comment on SM insinuating that KJo paid 25? lakhs to KRK to support KJos movie (ADHM?).

When I read that, I was like, is Kajol crazy. That sounded so ridiculous. Why would anyone pay, to KRK of all people. And KJo looks like a sushikshit insaan enough to not stoop so low.

Well how ignorant was I!!

Never thought about it. This is what propaganda does. Yes, he was quite a good actor. And his career was totally ruined after that incident

Yes, after learning about the Sushant smear campaign, and how sorry I am if I ever saw an ounce of truth in that, I thought back to the Shiney Ahuja disaster as well.

Evidently, Shiney was doing great in bollywood with Woh Lamhe, Gangster, Life in Metro, etc and as he was climbing up with no signs of stopping, it was suddenly all over the news one day that he raped his maid. Rape is such a brutal crime that I'm sure most of us prefer not to even entertain the benefit of doubt to the accused, especially when the victim has come forward. But Sushant's death has forced me to retreat and scan all those times these mafia pimps churned out similar accusations on OUTSIDERS in particular. Not trying to indicate that Shiney is innocent in any way whatsoever but I'm definitely not buying anything that comes out of the bollywood news factory now.

I actually believe the maid. They saw her nail marks in his skin among other things. But when that article came out about Sushant I did not believe it entirely. I was considered the #metoo crusader of the forum too. So I didn't say anything. I guess I never knew much about Shiny as a person. But I knew Sushant as a person growing up watching Kis Desh and Zara Nach Ke Dikha. His innocence shined through in his eyes, the way he spoke, and his smile. The way he would get up to let Kriti sit down first. The way he described his incident of getting mesmerized by Aish and forgetting to put her down. I could never imagine him being dangerous for any woman. So I questioned the article but never articulated it. I ignored the article I believe.

He did admit to having consensual intercourse with the maid. But they saw scars all over her private areas.
