I still can't believe this is real. I've never followed Sushant but even then my heart feels hollow, bereft, heavy. I can't even imagine what his family is going through...I can't imagine the pain he went through.

May he rest in peace.

May his family find the strength to endure this unbearable loss.

Can people get anymore heartless? Why have no sympathy towards a dead person? How the hell can media barge into houses like that!

Still cannot process this...The last thing I did before going to bed was watch his Preet scenes in Kis Desh(his debut in acting) and admiring how he has always had it in him and how he has reached where he has and how he has such a bright future from here...And then wake up to this news first thing I opened the IF....

The amount of mocking he went through just on this forum is coming back to haunt...He did so well but yet very few gave him his due....

This is terrible terrible news .

I hope he finds peace.

I don’t even know what to say .....someone who’s smiling and positive may be fighting a never ending battle behind that smile..

Let’s just try be empathetic and understand each person has their reality with its set of struggles, no matter how rich, successful, confident or privileged they may seem... mental health issues, relationship issues, self esteem issues ...all are genuine things to be dealt with and not to be brushed away as “rich people problems”

Please don’t feel embarrassed to reach out and ask for help if you are going through problems ...mental health issues are tough to gauge and most people who sense something is wrong with a friend/ colleague don’t go ahead and talk to them about it because they don’t want to sound intrusive...

I think it’s too early to say it’s suïcide. Sure enough he was not going through the best of times. But such drastic step is beyond shocking!!!
