There is a passionate debate going on and I will just put my two cents. Krishna is God. He guided Pandavs to establish a just rule & kingdom because they were on the side of Dharm & are basically sons of Gods. Draupadi is the cornerstone of this epic. From my limited knowledge, Sri is Narayan's consort every time she reincarnates. I have read various versions that say Draupadi has elements of various Godesses but as far as Krishna is concerned, Rukmini is believed to be Sri. Krishna is considered to be an ideal husband and obviously would be better than any mortal.

Tbh I hadn't watched Mahabharat when it originally aired as I had studies and travel. I got to know of Pooja from Mahakali and then watched MB so Mahakali is my baby. I totally am in love with PooRabh but Sakha-Sakhi are equally beautiful.

I often wonder how come in pandav camp in MB war only krishna, arjun & Abhimanyu know about chakravayu no one else , apart from these 3 there were awesome warriors in pandav camp also . Drupad is childhood frnd of drona who studied with him , drishtdumya, satki etc.

Drupad studied with Dron in Rishi Bharadwaj Ashram not under Parashuram ji.

You might say that both of them had elementary education together after which Drupad came to become a king while Drona went for higher education under Parashuram. Chakraview Bhedan was a part of higher education.

Dhristhdhyum was not a great warrior to be honest he was defeated easily by Karna, Shalya and Ashwathama. Drona wouldn't have considered him eligible for such high level education. None of his students anyway knew it excluding Arjun. Even in Kauravas side only Drona, Ashwathama and Karna knew the technique.

The only surprise for me is Satyaki not knowing the process. He was way too much a great warrior to have not tried to get higher level knowledge

Excuse put about to explain how Abhimanyu ended up alone.

War wasn't a silly game for them to focus on breaking the formation. The idea was kill the commanders/king. The idea on Kaurava side that day was to capture Yudhishtira. If you read the scene carefully, everyone on Pandava side was concentrating on protecting him, not on breaking formation. Abhimanyu went on attack, instead. There's quite a bit of bragging from his side also which suggests adolescent arrogance. Basically, he was convinced of his own invincibility. Teenagers tend to do that.

Then, he disappeared, and Jayadrath didn't allow the rest to catch up.

Dhrishtadyumna was responsible for each and every war formation of the Pandavas which eventually gave them victory. Arjuna himself admits he owes Dhrishtadyumna and Shikhandi. The commander's responsibilities are different from that of an archer. No one would say Eisenhower was a bad warrior because he wasn't on the ground during WWII.
