yes very much. Tanga later on became a thing of fancy for children's round once the auto fellas started in a big way. Boating / rowing in masunda is still there. We used to stay there but now shifted to GB Rd few years back.

आणि तळ्याच्या या बाजूला परफेक्ट ड्रायव्हिंग स्कूल आणि एक हॉटेल होतं..अर्चना बहुतेक नाव त्याचा. त्या बाजूने वर गेले की towards saint John cha road लागायचा.

हे सगळंच तळ्याच्या अवती भवती होता. आता आहे की नाही माहीत नाही..

अजुन एक आठवलं... आरे क्रीडा मंडळ गावदेवी मंदिर .तिकडे ना बंगाली लोकांची देवी बसायची. आणि शिवाजी मैदान म्हणजे भाजी मंडई chya ikde fun fair लागायचा. मस्त धम्माल. Giant wheel., Tora Tora ani kay kay ajun.

Shivaji maidan madhe I think ata chaitra Navaratri मधली देवी असते.

बाजारात कुटीर उद्योग cha dukan..Apte yancha typing institute, tikdun पुढे आत गेला की मेन मच्छी मार्केट लागत. आणि त्या गल्लीत हमखास ठसका लागतो कारण तिकडे सगळा मिरची, कडिपत्ता वगैरे मिळायचा. कोपिनेष्वराच मंदिर तर famous आहेच.

Thiis story was often told to cousins by my grandmother when we wouldn't sleep at night ...Later I found many versions to this tale !

Ghodagadi ne Marine Drive to Chowpatty was the best ride. I remember sitting next to the tangewala a couple times. Gamdevi mhantale ki St. Columba High school athavte. All the women on my in laws side studied there. And men in St. Xavier's near Metro or Robert Money.

शाळा आणि कॉलेज आठवले , केलेली धमाल आठवली, भाड्याची सायकल फिरवणे , ८-१० ओव्हरच्या क्रिकेट मॅचेस , गाडीवरचा बर्फाचा गोळा खाणे आणि त्यावर थंड पाणी पिणे, गोष्टीची पुस्तकं, कॅम्लिन इंक बॉटल आणि फॉऊंटन पेन, कॉम्पास बॉक्स , ब्राउन कव्हर असलेल्या शाळेच्या वह्या.
