Concept of super stardom...

Hello friends...

Please define a superstar for me and whom do you think is the last one and is there any chance of anyone to be the next one in upcoming future or the concept is completely lost and forgotten.

What are the parameters of being a superstar according to you all?

The social media numbers now a days, the box office pull or anything else you want to add...

A superstar is someone who has great popular appeal and is widely known, prominent, or successful in their field.

Rajesh Khanna was a Bollywood actor, film producer and politician. He is referred to as the "first superstar" and the "original superstar" of Indian cinema. He starred in 15 consecutive solo hit films in the period 1969 to 1971.

A superstar is someone who can attract audiences to theatres regardless of content. Whose very name is enough to get an opening. Box-office pull is the biggest indicator of this.

Salman Khan is example among actors and Deepika among actresses.

Madhuri and Sridevi were bigger than the heroes at their prime . I would put Katrina/Deepika in the same category when they become bigger than the Khans/Roshan

IMO these are the only superstars Bollywood has had. Countless stories of how people went crazy over them, and how they were coveted by the media worldwide.
