Anyway I like Chatur Nath

The other songs all allude to colourism and body-shaming present in society but there is something directly nasty about the "go away, wash your face dark-coloured guy!" line. Like someone said, it's uncomfortable to listen to.

lol....trying to analyze a song/lyrics of ice age with the modern values?? What would the feminists say to the lyrics like ...a wife singing to her husband....main tunhri daasi ...janam ki pyaasi....or dialogues like mera pati mera devta hai...lol..

Some things though morally wrong were accepted at that time...aaj jo acceptable hai...that won't be acceptable after 50 years but humare liye sahi hai....

Main tumhari dasi is still okay...not as offensive as saying, "Go wash your face you blackie".

Chattur Naar even today will be okay, this song is basically a rap battle roast type of scenario where anyone can say anything to another.

But than again saab ki apni apni moral compass hoti hain, mere toh tut gayi hain.
