Forum opinions which are at odds with the real world?

This forum is barely representative of the real world. Which are acc. to you some of the opinions held here which are at odds with those held in the real world?

For me:

1. Deepika is not a good actress.

2. Ayushmann does not have fans.

3. Alia Bhatt is good-looking

4. Aishwarya Rai is a better actress than Madhuri Dixit

These are some opinions of this forum which I feel are diff. from the real world.

The whole Alia hate.The real world loves her.😛

Ayushmann doesn't have fans. Also, he is considered a good actor outside this forum, national award worthy.

In this forum I see fair amount of Alia bashing to invalidate her inclusion. Did you just sneak her in for more bashing of hers?

In any case I find Alia good looking, and I think she is a better actress than Deepika.

I have never come across anyone talking about bollywood offline unless pestered about it.

So I won't know.

It is only in this forum that I have seen people being critical of Aishwarya and Deepika as actresses. I have not met a single person who considered them bad, even LAK days tbh. DP wasn't great in the beginning but never really had a reputation of a poor actress. Same with Aishwarya, I know she is like this benchmark for human beauty and that's all people talk about, but have not met any person saying she is a bad actress. It kinda surprises me, the opinions of this forum.

Katrina on the other hand is almost universally known as a bad actor. I have seen people giggling at her acting while in theatre.

That Juhi Chawala is better actress than Madhuri and Aishwarya.

Aishwarya Rai gets so much hate on platforms like Facebook - specifically when a public page posts a video/interview/article about her. In fact, the comments on IF are so much more restrained. On FB any mention of her sparks hate/vile comments from butt-hurt fans who cannot move on from their bitterness over the breakdown of her past relationship. On the other hand, a flock of people will comment spewing hate about her for not being that pretty (🤓), shit actress, bad dancer (😳) - USUALLY in favour of randomly comparing her to Sushmita Sen.

The hate that Deepika and Alia receive in the forum is like a speck of dust in comparison to what I have seen Aish receiving on Facebook. Youtube is more generous in all regards 😆

Same opinion, can't say about Aishwarya as most of the talks related to her beauty, but I heard a lot about Deepika as a good actress till I visited this forum. I was surprised to see that. And many of my friends even say Deepika was very good in Padmavat and Bajirao Mastani and acted well, though even I don't agree with them on this much but she is loved outside as much as I have noticed.

Same for Katrina she is considered a bad actress and disliked by people.

Exactly. Most people I know in real life are hardly filmy, and even less interested in sharing opinions on actresses or films.
