I have a different POV on this... read the interview and sid says that 'the girl has to be intelligent'... while Sid and Sana are different personalities, their inherent nature is the same... both are restless and both get bored very quickly - its difficult to keep their attention unless things are interesting. Sid and Sana found EO interesting and that is why despite the love angle with Paras, sana spent more time with Sid as they found EO intellectually stimulating... Sana maybe ignorant about certain things but she is super intelligent... just like Sid! Sid mentions right in one of the early episodes that he wants 'companionship' and 'someone who can reconcile after disagreements/fights'.

They fell in love organically despite all odds... and yes destiny favored!

Also, She never made a hullaboo about self respect or ego about why should I manaofy him. And Sid never took upon his ego after getting slapped by her. He loves every nakhra of hers, every silly antic she does, and never judges her for not knowing things or her english.

He uplifts her and she understands his anger. That is what love is. Understanding and accepting eachother's flaws and let the other person guide you or correct you without getting the individuality nonsense in between
