Alia Bhatt without makeup just looks like her usual same old self though. The worst would be someone who makes you do a triple take from shock.

I don't know, I find her pretty without mkaeup as well. Maybe not as stunning as she does with makeup, but still, recognizable and very much a natural beauty.

She has makeup in both these photos. The one on the left is aspiring for the natural-I-haven't-got-any-make-up-on look reserved for more severe events. I've done it plenty of times 😆

Makeup is my lifeline 😆 - so I am forever watching tutorials of 'how to do the no-makeup look'. Trick is minimal lightweight foundation, a bit of eyebrow filling, a bit of blush to give out the 'natural pink cheeks' look and I swear it makes a difference. You can even go that extra length and curl your lashes then apply barely a stroke of mascara to the edge of the lashes to fan it out a tad bit.

When you see eyebags and skin blemishes then it can be speculated that very little or no makeup is on.
