Indirect approach in a way , see once he realised that mishti still loves him and isn't willingly going to marry nishant, instead of getting the idea of sharing the break up story with mishti, he went the other way around to ask nishant to back out ...he wanted those 5 mins with mishti to explain the things to her but I doubt even if he wasn't under meenu's pressure to marry that another girl n all , was he ready to share the real reason behind break up ? Because that realisation came when parul made him understand ( the temple scene) that how important it is for mishti to know the truth , for sure abir didn't want to share it because he felt it would be an excuse from his side to bring mishti back in his life .....so haan this approach was indirect for me , kind of

Yeah he does overthink and Mishti doesn't think at all 🤣 jodi acchi hai 😆 Sorry, couldn't resist some exaggeration, but I really do mean they complement each other very well.

I think he has some blind spots, but if it's pointed out, he does listen. He still needs time to process it and even after that he's willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. And sometimes he doesn't agree or has his own reasons for continuing to do things his way. The problem is he never explains, so no one sees that clearly. We have to interpret based on actions, and everyone has their own interpretations.

Like you guys were saying, Meenu and her plans end up bringing both couples together one way or another 😆

Oh, that way indirect. Yes. But I actually liked that he spoke to Nishant first. I enjoyed that whole talk Abir gave about Mishti and how she feels about him. And since he already knew how Mishti would behave after she knew the reason, he wanted to give Nishant a heads-up.

But you're also right that he may not have told her the real reason even then. He only did that because he had exhausted all other options (and maasi's mention of her deserving the truth gave him that needed jhatka). I think it was because he felt that it seemed like an excuse and he doesn't like giving excuses (or listening to them).

Totally, she just indirectly asks her advice more from how her behavior would affect things - like she asked her if 2 sisters shouldn't really get married into the same house and then about finding out the truth about the pills and her fight with abir about that. She doesn't want to directly say anything that kuhu does.

I'm not sure BM is the right person to help them in this. For mishti, as a support, sure. But it might actually make things worse between her and kuhu if BM talks to kuhu. Kuhu needs someone to hear her out and she will only talk to someone who she feels will at least try to understand her pov and that is not BM. I'm wondering what and who would really help solve the problems between the sisters. If I find the time to write, I'll make a separate thread to discuss this.

Bhaav dikhana uses nahi aata 😆, and she can't take it when people she loves are upset with her. So I totally don't expect that. Don't mistake me, I also didn't like that he left her like that when they were fighting, and that he is not listening to her, but based on their natures, I don't expect that to happen.
