It was more situation. Both of her parents work - her mom (my aunt) is a scientist and her dad is on business trips a lot. So growing up, she had to take care of herself and her younger siblings alone. That is why she is so independent. But, I also feel like that she never got her chance to just be a kid because she was burdened with responsibilities at a young age

It is pretty difficult...sometimes I call her to say hi and she'll be cooking dinner for her siblings while trying to study for NEET (Indian medical entrance exam similar to MCAT). It makes me realize how spoiled and privileged I am...I don't even make dinner for myself and didn't study hard enough for the MCAT like I should have
Ok enough sad and depressing talks - I want to hear something positive!

For me: My trainee told me that he feels like he's picking up everything fast because he has a good teacher 😭 also everyone at work found out I'm leaving and they are all sad - I feel so loved ❤️

Sure.....they have their truma.............good thing.........they don't share those with me............they make sure to encourage me............ I still have 14 days............to get and give hugs to them...................
