@bold - is a very debatable statement Ankie......because the working sector and labours in these setups need work and money to eat and sustain so starting work is important...but assuring the safety of all the people who will come to work ...

but then not all will come to set right toh yeh start karke bhi kaise kuch theek hoga jaldi iska bolna mushkil hai..
