She saw a walloping plank kind of object speedily decelerating to ground - her eye swidened in fear and heart disarticulated.

"What'd have happened to her if I was late by few seconds?" he trembled.

"How come it fell the moment he was in?" she trembled.

"Allaahh..", he silently prayed snugging her to his chest to assure her, rather, his horrified soul that she is safe. "Thank god..", relieved that he's not injured,her hands circled his waist as she snugged deep into his broad chest..

"Saradhi ji suspects a life threat to Jodha", his father's statement promptly echoed turning him cold feet.

"Sss..." his muscles flinched and her other palm impulsively clutched his hand that held the shirt up. She looked up to him - strangely, his pain mirrored in her beautiful black orbs.

"Interested in work at this time?? Not possible. She should be taken away before her grey cells start functioning."

"Behind your shoulder... to the right... check it out", he whispered a cryptic message and swiftly stepped down with a lopsided grin imagining her abashment.

"My existence or absence doesn't impact any!!", his ears resonated. "How casually she said it? Is it that simple?" nerves in his heart twisted.

"If this is how you planned to prove how responsible, how loyal an employee you are...then I admit I'm impressed.I'm cleanly bowled by your concern, but for your kind information, I do have a family, friends and many others to be worried of me. You needn't carry the onus of parenting me please."
