Actually, utna kabhi dhyaan nahi jata hain mera. But ek bar shayad kisi wajah se kisi se chir gayi thi. To tab koshish kar rahi thi ranking samne le jane ki.

My mom was super irritated with me, and still is with my obsession regarding Grey's, specially Amelia's character. 😆 😆 😆

Once she actually ordered me to stop watching it as I a hypochondriac and she felt all that blood and everything was making my condition worse. 🤔

Well, in my case, my maa was initially irritated with my obsession with Anjaan...cos it was a paranormal investigation show and she kind of avoided such shows. So was my cousin sister as she is hell scared of ghosts.

But when I showed it to them, they also ended up liking it...and now, my Didi is as obsessed about Anjaan as me. 😆

And I share my love for CID with my maa... Both of us are equally crazy about it.

Actually, my mom doesn't really like American shows. So she has an extra amount of dislike for Grey's. But when I talk about particular tracks, she does talk about it openly. Another thing is the cultural difference. I am not talking about web. You think about mainstream shows, leads are quite Sanskari and there is family value and much emphasis on higher power.

That's not the case with American shows. Honestly, I showed a clip to Madhura - my personal favorite from 16th show. When my mom watched it, she said the actress was marvelous. But once she got to know about the plot she was enraged because there was question regarding paternity and from a religious point of view - it was atrocious. I don't expect that from a western character who isn't much into religion but she does. 😆 So the cultural difference is a huge thing.
