One fellow is so famous amongst Indian Americans but you will go nuts if you watch his videos, he annoys me so much with his gibberish talks. I like channels which straight away get to cooking .. His YT is Vahrevah chef..

I love him 😆 He's so chill in his antics lol. Personality hain bande mein. His 240p videos are more entertaining than 1080p 4K boring cooking channels.

I love mtr ke rava idly mix. Gits ke rice idly and dosa mix are great. I have used just these two. Don't know other brands.

i have never tried naan. maybe i will try over the weekend with a paneer dish. i see options of yeast and no yeast and get confused which is the right one

i have got used to making the dosa batter. took me multiple attempts to realize that i dont have to stress out over the fermentation. now i am experimenting with red rice and brown rice as healthy options with flaxseed idli powder.

i am really eating more lavishly these days. i was hoping to lose weight. sigh.
