❝The month of Ramadan is that in which was revealed the Quran; a guidance for mankind, and clear proofs of the guidance, and the criterion (of right and wrong). And whosoever of you is present, let him fast the month, and whosoever of you is sick or on a journey, a number of other days. Allah desires for you ease; He desires not hardship for you; and that you should complete the period, and that you should magnify Allah for having guided you, and that perhaps you may be thankful.❞
Holy Quran[2:185]
In the time of Covid-19, let us try and be alert about our actions, refrain from going out and about and being responsible for our elderly and the community.
This Ramadan should be an experience for us all of how people in the past had remained vigilant about their deen in those tough conditions, had fasted and praised Allah for letting them witness the holy month.
May the month of Ramadan brings peace and health to everyone. May Allah accept our repentance, ease our difficulties and help us become better. Let us all pray for our sufferings to end because Allah is the most merciful.
Here’s wishing everyone around the world, Ramadan Mubarak.
