Okay, I am no expert. đł
I'm just going by the literal meaning of the 3 words.
Virat Roop: A very big form, like Hulk-sized maybe...
Vishwa-roop: The greatest form that engulfs all universerse and lokas. It is all pervasive, which contains anything and everything that exists as we know and even all that we do not know.
Chatur-bhuj: The normal (that we see) form of Vishnu with the Shankha, Chakra, Gada and the padma. This form is extremely pleasant to look at, and as per size I think in this form he matches the eyes of his devotee. đ
