Fair enough you think Tara cannot act but there are others like me who think she can so if you can stop forcing your opinion down as a fact, that would be greatly appreciated. Deepika was called a non actor, Priyanka was called over the top but both proved people wrong and that is all I’m saying. And nope don’t think I am now dreaming and thinking Tara be the next Deepika or priyanka. No I don’t think that and neither do I want that. My point is that it’s a bit too soon to rule people off, can’t I even say that without being called imaginative (which isn’t a bad thing but still) -_-

No one thought Bajirao Mastani would do better than Dilwale or that Barfi would make 100 crs and I remember thinking they would do well. That wasn’t me being imaginative or an Astrologer, that was just my opinion at the time. I am Tara’s fan, not saying she will be a huge star or a huge failure but what’s so wrong if I do believe in thinking she may do well? Sara fans think she will do well, Jhanvi fans do too and Ananya is said to be the next big thing so don’t understand why one can’t say the same for Tara?

Btw bw doesn’t need actors, they need hit makers otherwise likes of Katrina and Jacqueline wouldn’t have lasted this long.

I am the last person to underestimate based on following, as I said intial popularity nor is failure a determinant on how big a star end up. All I said was that in order to reach there, talent and acting is required. Because today this is what is determining whether actresses are getting good films and opportunities espically if they have NO BACKING.

And Tara in comparison to her contemporaries is at a disadvantage because she does not have big backing to give her ideal opportunities nor has she impressed much in her acting skills. I called out the comparison with Sara because Sara was more impressive than Tara in her debut, and you can go by critics/audiences reviews here. this is just not "my opinion." She seems more promising now based on her debut. in the future? no one knows, she can prove to be a terrible actor. and tara a way better one.

Deepika and Priynka DID prove people wrong, which Tara has not as of yet. Thats where the argument is. I am not saying she cant prove people wrong. I am saying she hasnt proved people wrong, so for you to say she can be like "deepika" or "priyanka" on the basis of following/initital popularity (which if you look back at your posts is exactly what you said) did not make sense to me. Though this time around you reworded it way better and now it makes more sense. also If kareena could not act, she would not be where she is. Do you think actresses last for how long she has if they could not act? Acting is a pre-requsiite, and unless she (Tara) doesnt show it, she probably wont last. As of now, based on her next roles, her growth is on the level of Katrina and Shraddha if she does big budget films like ek villian 2 given that she has some X factor.

Also this is not forcing an opinion down as a fact I am free to state an opinion, and if its a strong opinion. so be it. Its up to you if you take it personally or not, not me.

I don’t think I meant to say Tara can be the next Deepika, it was just an example because Deepika did struggle a bit until 2013 and people used to call her non actor. Was just saying that it’s too early to judge Tara. I don’t think anyone can have the exact same career graph as another so didnt mean Tara will be ditto like her. I know that if Tara will not deliver, she will fade out. But if she does, she may not.

Kareena toh we will end up having ten more pages debating if she can act or not because I don’t she can. In recent movies she has done well but nothing that others couldn’t do. Can’t see her doing what Vidhya did in Bhool Bhulaiya, Priyank in Fashion or Barfi, Deepika in Ram Leela. Only roles I think she nailed were Poo and Jab we met. Kareena is more famous due to her name and looks.

About Sara, I liked her in debut movie but I personally don’t think she will last. Jhanvi and Ananya seem more promising and not because of their line up of movies, just because I feel that way. I actually like Sara the most out of the newcomers but as a person rather than an actor. But that’s just my opinion.

All I know about Tara was that she didn't attend Dharma's Diwali Pooja. I heard that was a mandatory event for Dharma kids. Karan seemed fine with her at Armaan Jain's wedding.

IF is probably only place where likes of tara and Sid M are considered "talented" and underrated and why?? Just so that they can another reason to put kjo down seriously kjo gets way more attention and credit for everything that happens in Bollywood more than he deserves

But the fact remains tara and sidharath cant act . Period.

I get it. you are rooting for her. I have nothing against her at all, and I hope she gets some great opportunities where she can show her potential. Also, I never said she cannot act. I meant she has not been given the right opportunitu to show that she can act or that she has some range to her. theres a difference. Her roles so far have not done much to impress me as an audience member. Doesnt mean she cant impress in the future.

Its very difficult to pinpoint who will have a stronger career from sara, ananya, tara, etc. imo

But as of now, Sara has shown more than Tara as a performer which is mostly due to the roles she has been offered. She also seems to have a larger fan base, and way more backing/support. So she is more likely to last than Tara who has more odds against her. She does not have backing, nor is she getting the greatest of films so, based on current situtation..imo, I think she is just more at a disadvanatge and its all about her getting the right opportuniies and people investing in her.
