I found Katrina really pretty before she went excessive with the cosmetic surgeries/botox. She is only 36 years old and most actresses really start hitting a peak of beauty from 27 years old onwards. I think Kat had a chance of still looking just as pretty if she did not touch her face. If you look at how she looked in Humko Dewana Kar Gaye - it's like looking at a different person.

Even if she has had botox and what not, I still find her pretty to this day. I think indian women generally look very beautiful in their 30's despite this forum calling it beyond their so called "peak". But I totally get what you mean. She did look better earlier up until her late 20's and early 30's.

Imo Disha seems to be trying to hard. I liked her more before all the CK stuff and skimpy dressing. Her strength was always her face and she never used it...now she is blah. She is stunning but too much effort. This was my favourite photo of her:

Shraddha is cute and has really hustled to get where she is. More than her looks, i feel her personality defines her, how she managed to carve her own space in the industry and not belong to any gang. Love how she balances being hot and cute, so she doesn't really get stereotyped:

Tara is the best newcomer we have had in years. The last person I remember having that star charm on her face was Deepika. And she doesn't try very hard. I am just very disappointed in her styling team (the way Shaleena pisses me off when it comes to Deepika lol) and the films she is getting...she would be the ideal choice to be #1 after DP, but I'd rather she moves West instead of wasting time in Bollywood. I am gonna post older photos of hers just to show that she always had that X Factor and it has noting to do with grooming or entering Bollywood:
