@Tiara - Ek doubt. Maya did sign the marriage certificate as Maya Jai Singh. Shaadi ke baad she should get that name na? How could she use that name before marriage itself?

I am also saying the same thing na. She had forgotten her memory. If needs new identity she needs to show who she is then file affidavit. If she wants to marry she needs her old identity and she can take Jaisingh name after marriage, separate affidavit document after marriage registration in old name. She can't sign marriage papers as Maya Jaisingh. But mujhe CVs k logic pe bharosa nahi hai.. kuch bhi dikha sakte hai.

I that sense their marriage cannot be validated.if one cannot give valid document since this marriage is based on registration.
