I am feeling a lot better now. Don't worry. I do have people with whom I can talk face to face but the problem is that I start feeling guilty for dumping my issues on them. This lockdown must be much harder on them than it is for me because I have been in hibernation since August last year. I used venture out once in 2 weeks to visit my psychiatrist and meet my friends. So, I have to be careful before I share with someone. It's important to take their consent into account because sometimes the person might not be ready to hear your issues because they have too much on their plate. I try and reign it in as much as I can but it's hard when the feeling suddenly strikes.
I swear I will be so annoyed if this increase in anxiety is because of PMS. It then makes me doubt if any of this was even real but I have to keep reminding myself that it is and that PMS is a đ¤Ź.
ALSO, I LOVE this song and I think it's perfect for KuKuâ¤ď¸-

Female version for Kuhu-
These would be perfect for them!!
I'll start typing before my mood drops again.
Sam, Peace, Meera, I was following your discussion on the engagement sequence and I did see all the scenes that were mentioned. I feel that even though Shweta didn't matter to him, his image has always mattered. Also, Shweta brought back memories of being rejected so I agree with Meera on the point that he was probably just trying to make her go away. Then, he saw Kuhu and tried to approach her to give an explanation (or if it was a ruse, who knows?) but Kuhu stops him then and there and says that she trusts him completely surprising him. There are no more dialogues between the two apart from that because Shvet and BFF #negativeenergy start talking. So, basically what I am trying to say is that no one knows if it was real on Kunal's part or not because bachaate ko bolne hi nahi diya dono ladkiyon ne.
Baaki, I don't think I have anything else to add. You guys covered everything.
I was watching Champaner and following episodes yesterday and Kunal's feelings for Kuhu are on clear display in those episodes. Haayeee
Those scenes deserve special mentions so that's what they're going to get from my side.đ
1. "Ye bracelet tum par bohot achha lagta hai"
Itne dil se kaha ki mai to pighal hi gayi
2. "Sapan!! Agar iss ladki ko kharonch bhi aayi na to tu jaan se jaayega!!"
He didn't even go to these lengths for Abirđđťââď¸
3. The hug and the consolation after they reach back to the plot.đ
4. The whole car ride!!!!!đ¤Ş
"Pehen ne me phir se meri help chahiye" and then his expressionsâşď¸. He was full on flirting.
"Radio?" "Okay". Those two clearly bonded on the way to Champaner. And his expressions when Kuhu said "#perfectsong", it was like he was really intrigued and interested to know her opinions on anything and everything.
Then the break they took and Kuhu said "Ab hum dobaara nahi milenge na?". Uff!! You could see his heart breaking and then he became so sad but seems like her mere presence is enough to cheer him up because he was super fresh and excited when they reached RV sadan. Ladka itna khush tha ki Nanu ko shak ho gaya and his conversation with Nanu completely mirrored Kuhu. Dialogues!!
And then their video call: "Mujhe pata tha ki only you'll understand".
Hayee!! All the scenes were so cuteđđđ
@aqua: wow now I have to watch the Champaner track again, cant resist the flirty Kunal âşď¸
take care loveâ¤ď¸

It is worth the watch!! Let me know if there are any moments I missed. I am thinking of editing their scenes out of the show so that aaraam se enjoy kar saku without having to see ads and baaki cheezein but fir lagta hai that it's too much workđŁ
Chocolates are taking care of međ.
Pihu, darling, please take care of yourself. I can only imagine how you feel, and I'm really sorry that you have to go through this. I appreciate you opening up to us, that must have taken a lot of courage on your part. â¤ď¸
I feel like even if Kunal was flirting, I would have never been able to pick up on it. I'm that oblivious. And that's the huge difference between me and a character like Kuhu. I don't have even a bit of self-confidence to even pick up on any sort of flirting (I'm constantly thinking "well why would HE like someone like ME?"), whereas Kuhu is not even the least bit hesitant. I really admired her for coming out in the open about how she loved Kunal and how she unabashedly confessed this to him. She has no reservations whatsoever, yet somehow her self-love never comes off as selfishness or narcissism. If only Kunal or Varsha would help her feel more secure about her place in everyone's lives, and hear her out for once without dismissing her. She just needs validation at this point. That's all.
That's why I really liked that therapist short story that you shared, Pihu. Any other person that has gone through what she has would and should seek out therapy. I think the only time I've seen proper references to therapy and how it helps with emotional trauma in ITV is in the show Patiala Babes (when Babita takes Minnie to see a therapist after her divorce with Minnie's father). Kuhu needs someone in her life to listen to her without any prior judgment.
@aqua: That's the fun of the ambiguity in the engagement sequence! Kunal's reactions are so vague that we sort of have to use what he expresses from before and after to read into his expressions. I genuinely think he forgot it was fake until Meenu reminded him with that message at the cafe. He was totally enjoying Kuhu's commentary on how he had dealt with Shweta.
Uff! The Champaner episodes I call that the golden age of Kuku because it was the ONLY time their relationship had the space to develop without any external pressure. Even then, Kunal kept trying to be that cynical guy who was only taking Kuhu to be in touch with Mishti, but she made him so happy in spite of himself. And he was SO flirty that you definitely see why Kuhu rankled when he tried to pass them off as "just friends" later on. đ
P.S. Sorry to hear about your anxiety spiking. Fellow anxious person here telling you that it's very, very real and that PMS is definitely a huge factor. Makes everything so much more intense. It's also hard to know how much people (who aren't being paid) actually want to hear about this, but I fully second the sentiment that I am a PM away if you need to talk more! đ¤
Just read 2 stories on Wattpad which are from Kuhu's POV and I really liked the concept and the plot. Both are by the same author and I think you guys might like 'em too.

2. Kuhu's outburst on Kunal after Logo launch: https://my.w.tt/BQsLkPxam5
Thanks. Read these. This author is SO good. She captures the mood and the characters' emotions so well. I could see the scene in my head.
