Take some time off, spend time in the sun and meditate. There is an app called Headspace. It really helps with calming your anxiety.

I don't know how much I will be able to talk. I'm kind of hiding in my room for now which I know is not going to last. Lunch time is approaching and I will be called out to either help or eat and I know I won't be able to say no because it's a family affair today because of Navmi. I will have to sit with everyone and it's scaring me now because I can't seem to handle multiple sounds at once. Just a day ago, I almost collapsed in the kitchen while helping to keep the utensils because dad, uncle and daadu were having a debate in the living room, the pressure cooker was going off in the kitchen while I was keeping the utensils as my mum was trying to talk to me about something and music playing in the background. All of this resulted in major sensory overload and I just couldn't breathe, stand or stop crying for 10mins or so. So, yeah! It's definitely crippling.
Thank you for hearing me out even though I had apparently nothing much to say.

Aww shucks, I understand. :( Is it possible for you to somehow get out of having lunch with everyone? Can you can tell someone you trust there how you feel? If not, maybe using earbuds would help. They won't cancel out all sounds but will make sure the environment isn't overwhelming.

I don't see how I can apart from delaying going out. Just got a big lecture for not being able to "face my fears". I'm preparing myself to hear more about how I have become anti-social and I don't spend time with family. Dad can only save me from so much. Okay, now I have got to run because I have been called to have lunch multiple times but before I go, I have to say that I love this gif series that you have started.
UPDATE: Managed to avoid it till only people left to eat were the women of the household.
