I don't even know how to start organizing this lol. But let's do this.

Bollywood Movie Group Roast Session

Join us in watching and roasting BW movies together <3

Premise: We're all stuck at home now (if you aren't, please stay at home!), so let's watch a movie, chat, and hang out together.

Format: It's our first run, so we'll be using Netflix to watch. You will need to have either a Netflix account or need to start a free-trial. Why? Because we're using the Netflix Party extension, which syncs the movie for us and creates a chatroom for us (so we can have a conversation while watching the movie).

Instructions For When We Watch:

1). Download Google Chrome (FREE) - sorry, no other way.

2). Download Netflix Party: Netflix Party Download Link:

3). Sign into your Netflix Account and wait for the link invite, which I'll update later on (Must have a Netflix Account--Free trial if you don't have it).

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO NOW:

STEP 1: Before we can watch this, we need to plan this. So in the poll, please select which time slot you are available. We can narrow the time and date after we have a general idea of what time frame works best.

I've separated it out by timezones - Pacific Daylight Time, Eastern Daylight Time, Indian Standard Time. So for example, 9 AM PDT (morning) = 12 PM EDT (afternoon) = 10:30 PM IST (evening).

STEP 2: In the comments, please type a movie you would like to watch. IT MUST BE AVAILABLE ON NETFLIX.

STEP 3: Please "LIKE" the movie you would like to watch.

The comment with the most likes at 10 PM PDT, 3/25/2020 will be the one we watch (so that gives us about 24 hours).

It’s okay. We’ll have special Arjun (Kapoor) protection that night. No one better than sarva shrest danudhaar Kuch nahi to be the poster image of our party. Sab dar ke bhaag jayenge!

Cool. Now we just need to pick a date. How does this Saturday sound?
