Here Is The Update For 24th March, 2 0 0 8, L R L Episode.
Episode begins with the usual Recaps :-
Well Gunny seeing the shadows moves beyond the Major General and sprints after the person. The person is dressed in a white trouser or a flannel and a blue top.
Major General picks up the wireless, placed near him, and puts the security on extra alert.
Gunny does the chasing and blue and white attired person in front.
Scene shifts – after nearly five minutes of the sprint sequence – Major General And Rummy face to face with Gunny behind Rummy and few personnel.
Rummy is attired in blue and white dress. And Major General Guar is furious and gives a back of the hand slap to Rummy and questions Rummy for the reason of him being behind in the shadows, Rummy struggles with an answer, first says " Dad and then " Sir". But is unable to answer, his Dad repeats but gets no answer.
Rummy is allowed to go and Later Gunny speaks up to the Major General that he ought not to have slapped Rummy, this really puts salt to Major General Guar's wounds and tells Gunny that it is the issue of the security and when Gunny repeats the same, Major Generals responds that he should not speak to him in this manner and Gunny cannot advise Major General on how to handle his Son ; immediately Major General Guar Realizes his mistake and choice of words, - probably the relationship of Major General and Gunny, which is yet to be revealed might be the reason for his sudden change of feelings. After a brief pause and struggle to get his words out, the Major General apologizes and is at pains to retrieve the good atmosphere between them.
Gunny realizing the awkwardness of the situation takes his leave. As Gunny turns to walk away, Major General Guar calls out to the Captain and asks him to take full responsibility of Rummy and get him back on his tracks and Rummy made into more responsible for his actions. Gunny tells him that he would do his best.
Somewhere in between, the helplessness and pain of a Father - Son relationship is brought on the Major General's face.
Sameera is on the telephone and assuring her Dad that she is fine and misses him.
She hangs up and she notices a very moody and lost Rummy on the steps, after hesitating a bit she moves on.
Scene inside the girl's room. Vidya, Purvi, Sameera and Akrithi are present and Purvi and Vidya make their liking known for some one or other, with Vidya preferring Captain Randhawa.
Then Akrithi comes out with her opinion with regards to Major Sharma, who has top marks from Akrithi for her – the major's – style of functioning.
This brings out the fun in Purvi and Vidya. Vidya asks Akrithi whether something in her goes a miss, rather Akrithi's heart misses a beat for Captain Abhimanyu. The two girls asks Akrithi to share her inner most thoughts, Akrithi is silent.
Sameera from her bed tells Akrithi to open out her heart out as the girls insist. Akrithi in one sudden move, moves over to Sameera, and tells her that if asked she could answer back. And signals the others to move out. Sameera pulls over her blankets, as the other two quietly move out to their respective places.
Later scene shifts to the outdoors and Gunny is preparing an enclosure, with poles and rope, type of Ring, as seen in boxing, wrestling and the likes of those sports.
Rummy arrives and asks Gunny if he was called upon, Gunny, asks him of his well being, and Rummy is surprised.
After giving finishing touches to the Ring, Gunny asks Rummy to enter the enclosure.
With bit of hesitation, Rummy gets in, and Gunny too follows him.
Gunny tells Rummy that this ring like enclosure is his, Rummy's Domain, Rummy is the Master of his Domain and Gunny is the intruder and at any cost Rummy has to throw Gunny out of the enclosure.
Again a reluctant Rummy attacks Gunny, but each time Gunny side steps him, this sequence goes on for five – six minutes.
A tired Rummy asks Gunny as to why he is doing this, Gunny respond that life has to have some aim, goal, and some things more.
Rummy and Gunny who asks him to go for him, but instead have a staring contest.
Scene shifts to the Major and S Burman, who has some explanation on his lack of sleep but the Major is not interested and wants him to describe the training methods.
S Burman leads to the tire placements, he tells the Major, that her Cadets might have done it before, but this time the difference is there are two tires instead of the usual one.
Next is the Ladder type bar, with height of eight feet instead of the usual four feet, along with it the bars are greased.
Next is the sand pit, which has to be crossed bare foot and the sand is warm.
After a stare S Burman excuses himself, leaving a bit angry Major Vaibhavi behind.
At the Ring, Gunny still encouraging Rummy to throw him in any which way he – Rummy – Can.
An angry but frustrated Rummy lunges but fails again, he pants, Gunny then tells Rummy if he had his concentration about him, Rummy could have thrown, or caught Gunny out. And this is the time to learn what ever he could, for this is the Army and training camp.
Rummy feels this is only Hollywood dialogue.
Gunny gives one last look at Rummy and leaves.
Episode ends on a frustrated Rummy.
