Preity Zinta for sure! I liked Rani too and her filmography is better as well, but Preity was something else for me! And I think people really tend to underestimate her talent but I have loved her in all her movies...that scene in Dil Hain Tumhara where she goes to tell Arjun’s family that she was not the real daughter of Rekha...that scene makes me cry no matter how many times I have watched it!!

Priety.

Rani was a bad actress in her initial days, but grew as she got older. That and her script choice improved a lot.

Rani! She is definitely way more talented. Preity was a mostly average actress who was only good in one or two types of roles....but Rani was amazing in Preity’s type of roles, as well as many others

DHT is my first film of Preity. That scene is my favourite scene of the film. And I always cry too every time I see it. I used to imagine myself as Shalini because my parents literally loved my younger sister more while we were growing up. I used to think I don’t belong to my family. Anyhow, I also enjoyed the songs. Shalini is the reason why I started liking Preity so much. And most of her roles had her playing bubbly roles, even though they were repetitive and others have done before, she stood apart and was a like breath of fresh air.

I was one of those rare ones who loved both rani and preity but loved preity more because she used to do fun comedy movies and was so pretty bubbly as well. Of course my first female love of Bollywood is Aishwarya though, her beauty and dance was out of this world

None, but Preity Zinta was better than Rani , it is evident in Har Dil Jo Pyaar Karega.

I always preferred preity over rani but was a fan of neither. Both are good actors but preity was more likable
