Why is there cake all over Shravan's face?

Ok so we all saw the promo till now😉 But a question that's been running through my mind is.. why is there cake all over Shravan's face. At first I thought that maybe Anish would have done it.. but Shravan isn't that weak that he'll just let himself get insulted that easily😒 Even today he stood up for Bunty. He won't let Anish embarress him like that in front of so many people🤔
