I am somewhat sure about my theory beacuse

Rachit murder not yet solved earlier I felt that they would show him being shot by a random naxal but no a watch came to play

He knows that she is acp' s wife, Moksh' s illness and even Atharav's condition He may have decided to press Malhar" s weak point . And he may have some connection with naxals; And it may also be that he has medicated Anu wrongly .

Trilok is one who travels around the world as per doc he has recently shifted to Aurangabad. He owns the pharmaceutical that supplies medicine.

So my takes

This man has been monitoring kalayni for long the reason can be either for his daughters sake or for some wrong ulterior motives that he has since she is lookalike of the girl whoever she is

Since he owns the company that supplies medicine and he has good hold too a few things can be possible

Moksh illness is due to wrong medication which this man supplied

Anus memmory loss also can be his kaand

Even samchit can be a part of his longer plan and sampu may not know the full.story and rachit must have discovered his Ill intentions towards kallu and hence got killed. May be that's why sampu recognise watch

In that case even kallus current abortion can be medically manipulated one not natural

I think he has well planned to corner and trap kalma so that they have no other way than accepting him as donar

Even I agree with you Gayu. And Kalma007. Both theories make a lot of sense.

Even I feel like whatever revenge scheme Rachit was implementing, it was with this Trilok person. I think they were all in on it together and worked with the naxatiles together as well. It would make sense if both Trilok and Rachit had some dhumani agaisnt KalMa. So Rachit wanted revenge cause he felt like Malhar snatched Kalyani from him. Sampada was involved in Rachit's plan when the naxatiles were there and she seems to recognize the owner of that watch who is Trilok. So Trilok has also been involved in all of this for a while, since the naxatiles.

So I feel like intially Trilok and Rachit had this big plan for revenge by once Rachit was caught, all was going down the drain and this Rachit was becoming more and more crazy. So I think when he fell of the cliff, this Trilok saw an opportunity to frame Mai for the murder so he himself killed Rachit, and from there Atharva found the body.

Now if he was also involved right from the beginning, it makes 100% sense how he knows about Pillu's illness and all info. about Ranes and Deshmukhs.

CVS could have made him a generic businessman, but the specifically mentioned the pharmaceutical and medicines, so even I feel that he may have been supplying medications to make Pillu ONLY look sick but he's not actually sick. We all felt so before that Pillu's illness is fake, I still feel that now. Cause I'm finding it too much of a coincidence that THIS GUY of all people is Pillu's donor and how Pillu's illness only comes up during convinient times.

If Pillu's illness was fake all along, it would also resolve KalMa's issues and Kalyani wouldn't be angry anymore.

I also agree that intially this guy will look evil asking for Kalyani to come to his house making it look like he wants her for wrong reasons but I think then he'll explain to Kalyani only why he really wants her there, showing her that picture and then appear good. Maybe he'll even help KalMa by revealing that Rachit faked Pillu's illness and look like a hero to them but then his true evil colors will show.

Right now I'm of the opinion that this Kalyani look alike lady doesn't even exists and this is all a ploy to gain KalMa's trust.

Also kalayni is emotionally weak or made so

2 people who always shows her the right path guides her basically jiske saath chalthe kalayni apne dimaag ka istamal karte he vo he malhar Rane and Anupriya

Basically whenever she does something without them mostly it has a disastrous effect.

Now Anu is not in a state to help her or make her understand what is right and what is wrong.

None of the other family is of any help to either kalma they only complicate things

So it is easy to manipulate her and she is famous for becakoofis so as of now trilok has entered at the perfect moment where he can easily make kallu fall in the trap set.

And as per yesterday I think sampu is arrested by malhar though not shown so trilok can roam around easily without fear even in AN.

No di I don't think male lead will be shown involved in a murder that too someone like malhar.

Beacuse that will make it look like there is no difference between him and rao sahab and then malhar will surrneder or die out of guilt.

They didn't even make Kaka a murderer or even maai then malhar no that would be too high

Then last is possible. Ippknd ex lover of ml come with a boy an d claims to be one born out of wedlock. But later revealed that she adopted the boy and he was shown and made to believe that the man is his father. The child beleieves it so much that finally the ml adopted him when truth came out he was reluctant to change his belief.

What I've noticed today,but also previously, is that Kalyani is Malhars major weakness... you just have to mention her in the wrong way to get him so worked up that he can break your bones.

Trilok just had to say "send her to my house" and he absolutely lost it.

Before that,the Naxals kidnapped her to make him prove himself a traitor and it was the easiest thing for them,even with Kalyani shouting and pleading with him not to do so,knowing he wouldn't be able to live with himself if he succeeded.

So I do have this feeling this guy has some old enmity with Malhar and will use Kalyani to emotionally/mentally torture him... and thanks to Rachit,Sampu and Athu he probably knows well both of Kalma's weaknesses and strengths and is already using them against them.
