She is just 19. She should first complete her education, and then learn acting by taking classes OR doing some theatre work, plays etc.

Then she should work on her soft skills, physical fitness & groom her overall personality.
Then she should build a solid portfolio by doing modelling, ramp-walks, ads etc.

AND then.....if everything falls in place, she should go for films and finally social media.

But it seems she wants everything on a platter and hence, doing the whole thing in reverse😆😆.
