I am totally confused about it since yesterday...

She had a wound on her forehead plus her leg is in a plaster cast. What happened there???

Although, she had a wound on her forehead. So, can we assume that by any chance the bullet grazed her forehead?? Still the chances of this are very slight... Almost none.
